my EPoX 9NPA+ Ultra reads VERY high like yours too.. btw what heatsink do u have?
Nick
I have water cooling
Ah, that's why ;). My load is 40*C & idle is 36*C according to that proggy. modified XP-90 w/Panaflo M1A (low speed) and a naked 3200+ @ stock
Well this is my chip maximum look how far UDSM is out

I have a x2 4400. Why would the 2 cores be 6 degrees different? One runs at 36C and the other at 42C when idle.
Also, I still use MBM5 because I'm a noob. It says the temp for the cpu is 30C. Why the big difference?
That's why one core clocks higher than the other. Your IHS has bad contact. ;)
Nick
Very Nice Program.
Core 1 has always been the weak core for me. At Idle it is 4-5 Degree's hotter and under load 8-9 degree's. Also this reads about 10 degree's higher than Speedfan at Idle and 20 Degree's higher at full load
Well of course. Your sig says 19*C idle 38*C load on a dual core with a big typhoon. You cant even get taht with water, rofl.
Nick
This was Pumpin the volts to get the Temps way up...

Looks like my temp readings are pretty close. Nice program
My ambient is 28ºC but Core Temp Beta 0.9.83 reports 24ºC for idle and 32ºC for load instead of 38ºC from MBM.

This is interesting.Quote:

I mean it seems right on for me but
looked nice but testing on my rig was not good :(
~2°C (Mach I cooled), 2890 MHZ and 1.55V but the program has nothing correct :( well as long as it's working for others I say it's a good tool anyway ;)
Yea he said above it doesn't read below 0*C :(
Only 0-127*C
I'm pretty sure it varies from chip to chip.Quote:

The Coolest,
See the attached GCPUID dump. :)
Here's mine, hope it helps. I'll also post a 3000+ Venice one later on this week.

woot zalman 9500 AM2 + AS5. was getting 36-39 idle on the stock cooler according to bios, which this is accurate to. ntune is way off
Why this program trustworthy?=
Cause i get a +10Cº difference to MBM wich i considered to be correct...
And if this is to be trusted i would like to correct MBM...
Everyone spend $10 and get a working thermal probe. Which will be accurate to 0.01 Degrees C. Thus you will know EXACTLY how close it is to the real thing.
I think it's pretty freakin accurate :)

yeah how accurate is this, from my other readings to this i have a 5-8 degree differene, i hope it is accurate because the difference is negative:)
