Wow! 21,5K Read is awesome !
Which set of GT's are you using cstkl1?
One of my C8 2000s died last night :( I didn't even get to abuse them yet. H B Outlet will send me a new set though so yay for them.
Are Elpida Hypers really easy to kill? One of my Dominator GT sticks just died while running LinX. I had them running at 1.66v, which I'm not sure can be considered overvolting at all! The sticks seemed great the week they lasted, no sings of faulty sticks anywhere. I have never given them more than 1.66v, and they have not seen anything higher than 2GHz 7-7-7. I hope the RMA process is painless :(
cant wait for my next upgrade im getting 2 more gtx 275 and 2 6gb kits of the gt's
I have had one set of Hypers die right after I first got them. This was when they were shipping in the plain white cardboard box before they switched to the retail packaging. I sent them back to newegg for a refund. I ordered a set of the Perfect Storm C9's and those are still alive. Used them for 2 weeks while I waited for the egg to get the Hypers back in. The second set of Hypers I got were in the plastic retail packaging and have been great ever since. They run 2000 7-8-7-20-1T or 1700 7-7-7-18-1T all with 1.66v. So far so good. If you can, I suggest you get them from newegg (if you're in the US or CA) as it makes the RMA process 10x easier.
Not the only:D

Mine came in the plain white cardboard box as well. I will be RMA'ing them to the e-tailer (komplett.no) instead of going through Corsair. Komplett has been really good to me in the past on RMA's, so I hope it won't take too long. I also hope these are not anything like the D9 GMH's. I went through a TON of RMA's on those over the years.
how much vdimm did you guys use with the kits that died? and are they dead or degraded? all sticks?
i heard that more than 2v can damage elpida chips quite quickly
I had 4 Elipda Hyper kits where one stick died. Two were HyperXs and two were dom GTs.The max voltage that I ever gave 'em in BIOS was 1.68.
One stick of my Adata kit(3*1gb) v2.0 died with 2.1V:D
