that is my cosmos 1000. so i am sure it will fit yours too. (feser quad radiator used in the picture)
i am not sure but you will have to do some major modding to 8 fans the max u can get is 6 without major modding
you will lose 1st bay
but you possibly could be able to fit it as long as it isnt to fat of a rad
mine is 15mm space :D, got it from www.tilatech.com, but now they sold out
how did u get the screws in there and then secure the rad?
Have someone more "clear" pictures of how quad radiator fits in CM Cosmos S? I'm pretty sure, that PA120.4 will fit, but i want to see it's placement in the front side of the case. I'm not sure, that front small grills will fit.
Thank in advance.
Although you should be able to fit it inside the case, there is not enough space for the 4 fans to suck in air, and exhaust it in an efficient manner.
So you can fit it, but you will utilize the maximum efficiency of your quad radiator.
If you have the case I would measure the area under the fan grill/guard on top and plan accordingly.
You might have sufficient face for 420 (3x140) rad, which should net the same performance as a quad 480 assuming you can match airflow.
That's my plan:

It's time to clean my wc system, so i want to change something. So, i'll ask again - is it worth to use quad raditor like upper scheme or stick with 3x120?
