Black, goes well with my water :P
I can remember the white pcb of SAPPHIRE Pure Innovation PC-A9Rx480.

I really liked the looking of this motherboard and I would be glad to see this colour in the future again. :yepp:
Black. Simple amazing. :D
OT:
Where is the temp sensor located on mars mobo? Is it near in the memory part?
Don't really care. Just performance count
White motherboards look awesome as well
Blue and white
i like the white, or clear would be cool, but ive never seen one
if u guys could do a uv clear that would be amazing
OT- saaya, are u going to change your avitar, i keep thiking that your cell shock still
and keep up the digital pwms im going to switch to foxconn if u guys have those on the boomfield
black is cool but anything but PINK !
White or chameleon color. Black is also OK.
yeah i still have the ES version of that board :D
the es board has reveresed colors, its black with white ATI logo on the back.
it had huuuge caps close to the memory slots and the pwm was desgined so you could put a waterblock or any 40x40mm chipset heatsink on there, it even has the mounting holes around the pwm... really nice design... unfortunately the BIOS support for that board was terrible and it doesnt overclock very well at all... could just be my ES board tho that has this problem...
let me ask the engineers...
you mean for the nb temperature? its actually on the back of the pcb.
its not very accurate, but accurate enough to see if the nb is cooled well or not. I actually want a more accurate version in our future boards and we are working on that already :)
i still havent found a good one to use.. :(
im looking for a nice black and silver foxconn logo :D
i found one but i didnt manage to take some nice pics of it, i need a better cam :D
about the digital pwm, of course we will continue to use it.
its quite expensive, but its really really good, so i think its worth it.
what do you mean with uv clear?
u put a clear/see through option so if u could make that uv reactive, ive never seen it but it would be awesome with all the traces with a glowing pcb around them
hmmmm now i know what you mean... :D
i checked with our engineers... its possible, bu the pcb layers arent clear, tey are slightly yellowish brownish... so since we use high quality 8 layer pcbs, itll look rather dim and slightly brownish, yellowish...
when the leds are turned on or you have it backlid, itll look beautiful, but when the leds are turned off, it would look pretty ugly :D
and you wont be able to see all the traces unfortunately, it would be very blurry since its 8 layers... but its an interesting idea and ill keep it in mind :)
black pcb.
yellow/gold/silver/black and red slots :D
so why not include monitoring lights under the board so it would have the power checks light up the board, u could do a special edition to test it out
or could u change the colors so u have a uv reactive layer on top and a lighter one in the back like white or neon green/yellow/blue
black with as low number of colours used for the components as possible is my favorite, white like the sapphire one with the red parts is nice as well.
But to be honest, aslong as its not pink I'll still buy it anyway if it performs even if its gigabyte colored.
Black and white rocks. But then it needs to be just one color for slots/power connector. :)
all black would be nice :)
Black pcb allows to you find on PCB the tracks for mod. and with intensive use, under ln2, highlights problems of condensation and oxidation more much easily.
For me PCB Black is only choice for extreme mainboard....:D:D
Black, White, See throw and blue :D
I know you can't do it since you said a UV clear would end up yellowish brown. But if it was actually clear, or if you found a way to keep it clear, then on the middle layer, put a UV red stencil of the Quantum Force Shield Logo. That way when its hit with black light, the MB glows and the shield pops in view. I think that would be just cool as hell!!!
manly PINK !!! would be awesome... seriously i would buy that :D
White would look pretty kickass, black is all too common now a days.
