Temps where -180°C ~ -185°C:

vGPU = 1,58 V
vDIMM = 1,85 V
vPLL = 1,27 V (maybe less possible)

Was really not that hard, just fill the container and let the benchmark run...:D

Just need to find out max. clocks...:D

All three cards had no CB, only one couldn't handle very low temps in 2D...
