For sure on the c3 charles. Very nice ram indeed for LL.Quote:

Nice scores Kingpin, the FX seems to clock pretty well. The hunt is open for a golden sample :D Aslo the new nvidia chipset is pretty good, it gave a very nice boost. Still don't think if AM2 + Kingpin can holdup a high clocked Conroe, guess we will see that in the next few months ;)
3.6 @ -20. now thats better. so 4ghz is gonna be a walk for single stage or dice. and maybe 4.5ghz will be broken this time around, (and on a dual core at that)
NIce K|ngp|n ! AM2 for the win :) , nice mobo too :P
Hmm, I forgot about a mobo for that. Guess Crossfire will have to wait :)Quote:

Well? Does yours have a cold-bug or not? :D
Good stuff Kingpin, it might be a surprise to many with all the Intel talk these days. I'm glad you had a chance to check it out and punish SLI/AM2 for your fun and ours.
Rig looks pretty mean :D
wow.......very very nice.
nice cards.
nice cpu
nice ram
you are the owner of 3Dmark03/06
nice setup brah keep on pushing for the wr's on the orb
kingpin you are the best
i hate to tell this.. but the fx-62 is already dead.. against conroe cores wich cost 1/4 of that one.. SAdly i do love amd..but for what i have seen conroe is next in my upgrade path..
anyways thanks kingpin for sharing with us... :P
i heard of new improved chips from amd ... do you guys know if this rumor is true???
why would you even post this in a thread about AM2? no one cares, its known information.Quote:

wow
one killer setup there
KINDA :D I'm working on it. It's starts bugging around -15c, but it is somewhat controllable up to about 3650mhz. That's as far as I've gotten with it. It takes time and the right chip to beat it.Quote:

The 6400C3 DIMMS can run decent Mhz too with slacker timings. Pushing the HT on the FOXCONN board on 10x and memory 1:1 stable for 3dmark05'. Def GTX clocks:

now what happens if you use a much lower ram divider would that help aleviate the coldbug issue?
it would be nice to see that cpu above 3800mhz i think but to me it looks like you might need another one and get lucky to really push it.
-15c that seems kindof high to start cold bugging or am i wrong?
maybe ddr2 makes the mem controller more prone to it?
they are the big arse OEM behind many manufacturers lol.....very big company hehQuote:

The only Foxconn board i've ever had was a MATX P4 478 which OC'ed very well. It was a good all round board, that wasn't too expensive, yet had great featutres.
Still, if DFI can do the same as they did with Nforce4, they should have some boards!
masterpiece system and professional work :toast:
very nice 51K k|ngp|n :toast:
Epox RD580 AM2 is gonna help you out :)Quote:
