Motherboard asus rampage VI APEX and DIMM2

Hello, I would like to know if I can use the two DIMM2 adapters to make "RAID 0" with 4 samsung evo of 256 gb M.2, I mean to put two units per DIMM2 adapter and use the Intel x299 chip.
My question is to do "raid 0" _with 4 units m.2 if or if the processor must have enough lanes pci.e and must use the Intel VROC hardware key and the ASUS Hyper M.2 X16 card. In summary, the question is: if I buy an i7-7900x with 44 lanes, can I use the two adapters pci.e DIMM2 to put two M.2 units in each and do "RAID O" with the Intel CHIP x299?

nvme does raid ? used to be sw raid, not sure about hw raid.
