No, Vdroop is only important if you're pushing for max frequency at all cost. For moderate overclocking it can be easily overlooked.

As it seems Abit P35 boards lack LPT ports, I'm definitely going Gigabyte.

All threads pertaining to the boards with the removed chipsets above still exist. :)
