Will my power supply handle this system?

Planing to build this system:

Ryzen 7 3700x
G.SKILL Trident Z 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3200MHz CL16
Motherboard Asus PRIME X570-P
Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500GB MLC V-NAND NVMe
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 Gaming 8GB

Will my Enermax Infiniti 650 EIN650AWT handle it?

Should be fine. The video card uses about 215-250w and another 65W for the CPU, plus all the smaller stuff, I don't see a problem with it.
