i went shopping today.
Got these compressor from a ice box place. i think there 1/2Hp r502 compressors and some copper tubing.

Hx is 5m of 3x 3/16" inside 5/8" copper tubing.
i HOPE The condenser can handle the heat load.

havnt been working on the cascade much.
But decided to use the other HX in first post in my autocascade instead. So I made this this hx istead back in june just didnt update this thread. its 6m of 1/4 inside 1/2". and also a 2 m of SLHx on the left as well as one HX.

Also been working on the case drawing and its coming along slowly. To much to drawing a case hey. got to add some more bits. I plan on having a high pressure gauge in front pannel as well as the gfroster controller when they are ready later this month

And finally the condenser. I bough this condenser recently, it handles 1000w and not a bad size. Slow rmp ac fan as well. I plan to have 4 120mm fans at back of case. Will use push and pull fans to cooler compressors and remove hot air from the top of the case.

I do the drawing on paper then email it to a friend to draw it up in autocad.Quote:

Thanxs guys, Little Devil here the HX will be in the bottom section, if plate Hxs weren’t so expensive would need that section of the case. The top section could of also been shorter if weren’t using rotary compressor. But im happy with the case.
Juni117 its taken so long to draw and make sure that every single part of the case was done correct. Other wise all 3 cases would have been no good, lucky my drawing was good and all the cases come out perfect.
not just have to get this one powdercoated black and can start on the first build:toast:
the cases are back from the powder coates so time to start the cascasde build :toast:
