Using foscopper brazing rods without flux would make your joints look even nicer.
Loved your system, what captube size and lenght do you use?
PS:What torch do you use?
Regards
I'm using 0,7mm captube 215cm long and R402a gas... I have oxygen and acetlyene and brazing rods with white flux...
tnx
can u post a pic of your torch setup? This is because i would like to buy one oxi-acet kit.
Thank ya
that is a very nice job
awesome !!! LittleDevil@ are u make this cases by your own ?
Very usefull the incase dixell temp-controller also :) .
My friend makes me cases... In the future i will use rosfrei for cases
tnx
Very nice job one day i hope to build my own to. I have a mach-1 that i am going to fix and hope it work out but anyway very nice job.
What is normal low side and high side pressure under full load, gas is R402a.
tnx
normally ya want almost same pressures as refrigeration charts.Quote:

In saying that if you can keep that compressor at around 0psig it should be at its best.
Specially casue they are LBP compressors and ment to run around that.
Idle temps...

is it good pressure or not... is it captube too short 0,7mm 215cm..
tnx
Wow that's a super clean build you have going there... Keep up the great work, nice unit!
Im using shorter for r402Quote:

what sort of suction line temps do you have say 8" before compressor Littledevil and Blaster at idle and load.
Some ppl like short, some longer works better??
i know that r290 is different refrigerant
shortest i eva tried is 2.4m and also tried up to 3.6m
2.4-3m all seems good, hard to say which is best though.
capillary line are weird hey.
humm maybe ur using 0,8 mm cap tube :p:Quote:
