16k 3dmark 05 Single Card done

* UPDATE * 16k done with one X1900XTX :)

FX-60 @ 3528MHz (14x252) with -43C base temp
X1900XTX 924/922MHz -50C basetemp

very nice score kinc is the card cold bugged at all?

found one without cold bug(-105*C evap temp was ok) , but it died, and the one below is seriously cold bugged :( ~ -55*C on GPU was the max it could take

Sweet man! :) This card can take more cold. I know it can do atleast 918MHz through 05.

We need to find a way to get the vga memory up a bit. It is really critical for the performence.

yep mems doesnt seem to clock that much on these x1900xtx's :(
their is another 'weird' phenomenon on this card, 886Mhz on GPU seemed faster than 891Mhz and equal fast as 895Mhz... tested on 3dmark01/nature

Won't happen. CF on RD480 is slow as hell and all the master cards clock much lower than plain x1900xtx's.

I've expericed that too. But it seems random, some rounds may be better in gt3 then the other at the same speeds. Pretty strange.

maybe ATI is saving better mem and gpus on X1900XTX for an X1900XTX Extreme edition to counter 7900series heh

just to add something else, RD480 is flat out slow. Jason compared it to an nf4 single card and nf4 was quite a bit faster.

a few months ago 16k was only done on sli!
and now on a single card! this is going way too fast!

Very true statement.
Not only are master cards slower but they use an
different revision pcb with BJ-12 ram ic's.
