looks pretty good!
i can keep my Zippy Psu, and great oc'ing x800p now :D
Edit: Is there any place with the offical specs?
I think the ship has sailed on the need for this...really. I'm not to excited about this at all unless it costs less than an Ultra-D.
Perkam
MSI better get it together soon with a bios update to address missing bios settings with the San Diego+Neo2 or they may lose their throne of best 939 AGP overclocking board. I may have to pick one of these up.

Thats nice Perk;)
I'm lookin forward to this board myself as I have an AGP X800 that's needs to be benched with FX-55.
X850 is a POS
Well for us that have a socket A system with a 6800GT AGP then that board will be perfect combined with some TCCD and a venice it'll be a nice upgrade.
I would assume it to be less than the Ultra-D otherwise that'd be pretty damn pathetic if it wasn't.
I've been following this info at dfi-street.com for quite some time, and it's been pretty iffy as to whether or not the board was actually coming out until someone get a spec sheet recently.
EDIT: Aright....the thread that was following that board was just closed because of some rather lame people accusing DFI of 'cloak and dagger' ethics or some stupid BS like that =/
LOL this isnt my thread ghz, you can thank echow87 for the info...Quote:

Wow, great marketing strategy.... Release the NF4 board first to force people to upgrade to PCIe, THEN release the NF3 S939 board after everyone who never planned on running SLI have already wasted their money on new PCIe cards.
Actually I was referring to this....Quote:

Forget the specs, just ship the damn things;)
Seriously, are you gonna get one for review by chance?
About a year late to the market in my book ! lol
But if it's anything like the DFI NF4 then should be the AGP board to beat.

Official specs posted :)
Edit: G_H_Z...Yes I'm sure I'll be getting one for review over at Hardware Asylum ;)
i been waiting for this board for a long time and enough is enough i wont even bother now, i dont know why they even said they would release this board and be so late, i can see a month or 2 but geez its been so long now who wants to buy this, this board should have been out in november/december
Thank God! I'm so fed up w/ my Neo 2. I want to stay agp though b/c of my 6800gt golden sample. I hope these ship soon.
If the reviews are good, i might swap this in for my Neo2! Since it's being released so late on, they should have ironed out all the bugs i hope! :)
i think the board layout is curious.
anyone notice that all 4 sata plugs are together? and the +12v connector is finally in a good spot?
Hmmm I could use one of these boards....will follow with interest.
What I don't get is why they don't use NF4. Is NF4 native PCI-E only?
Not everybody jumped to PCI-E yet, and those who did didn't just toss their AGP 6800Ultra in the garbage. Great AGP cards are out there so I don't see this as a uneccesary release, better late then never. There's still a market out there for AGP, I'm one of them. If I can buy a awesome performing, stable board to pair with my AGP 6800GT for <$150, that would be great. Hopefully reviews will come soon.
Think nf4-d modded for nf3 :hehe:
Bet it looks VERY familiar now...
20pin psu :(
3.2vdimm :(
under the specs only says 4 sata when the picture clearly shows 8
for the sake of 939 hope it's as good as the 754 version
