not bad but i hate to think how much OCZ will charge for these modules, i think i'd rather take my chances with gskill or similar

Press release was released today so it may be some time before we see any reviews about it. Anyone from OCZ care to comment? Andy? Tony? Anyone?

They say really only for the DFI NF4 at these speeds and with a really good memory controller, maybe 2.5-4-3-7-1T over 300 but not guaranteed at those timings. These guys are the cream of the crop of the Samsung tcc* line. Out next week.

Not exactly blistering.....more like the slackest timings you would ever want to run at.....

i'm not too sure it is TCCD, i mean knowing its in such short supply and about to be discontinued it doesnt make any sence to me to use it in a new product not even to market yet, perhaps an OCZ rep can shed some light on this, although on the other hand what else could it be?

i am pretty certain it is Hynix. Wan't that what ryan benched at 7xx with?

OCZ tells me it's tccd or tcc5 (same as tccd basically) I'm told it most likely will run at tighter timings on the DFI but they can't guaranty that over 300. Lot has to do with mem controller quality.

It's not TCCD....its TCC5

more or less the same though. There is still plenty tccd in the markets non the less.

They could (Hynix B reach 320 Mhz @ 3-4-4-10 easy), but most probably they are TCCD (also because of DFI nF4 Special... Hynix don't give the max on DFI).

They are either tcc5 or tccd according to Ryan at OCZ. It's all in the binning. I have a set of 4800 and will have a set of 5000 about Tues to test out.
