september 2010 joking right?
Hm, I was hoping it would come a bit earlier.
Good find, thanks!
Well done, Oliverda! :toast:
How come nobody have seen this before?
So, here is an another from October:

If it's still effective then they will start the shipping of the CPUs some weeks before the launch.
I was expecting the first half of May but it's only few weeks away from there.
That's a very good question.:)
JF spoke about Q2 2011 for Zambezi too and June is the last month for that quarter, ofc I would have hoped it arrived a month or so sooner but since it's already march now and without any fuss made about it from AMD at all I doubt we will get it any sooner than June now.
Zambezi is one quarter ahead of schedule; this is old news ;)
Yes, as in the info comes from a pdf from last year, check out the OP.
No, as in I haven't seen a launch DATE before.
People have been asking for a launch date pretty much every week for the last year or so, but still, no one have ever pointed to E3 or this slide AFAIK as an answer.
So it's news to me.
But yeah, June have been my guess for the last month or so, it makes sense.
AMD can't start production and make enough CPU's at a shorter time than that.
I think the schedule has changed since then. desktop bulldozer may happen sooner. I for one look forward to the launch of AM3+ motherboards. I am going to buy a $200 one and put a $30 Sempron 140 in it. doors = blown off
So late!!!
I nominate Oliverda's find/post as the best post of 2011 :D .Inexcusable how we didn't see this before.

Sample in March 2011, this means those so-call "leaked bulldozer benchmark" are FAKE after all.
right, production smaples are someting as final revision...ES show AMD at CES 2011 (we seen taskmanager:D)!

Here is a 2010 October update:

But this doesn't necessarily mean that the launch has been moved forward.
Probably because AMD is a US based company.
Argh that's late...but I'm gonna wait it
With the October update May seems very possible. Roadmaps are always subject to change.
