Nice, thanks for showing. Now we need hi-res pix please :D
I'd take the UD4 for my powermac :p:
But i have to run GPU in second slot since rad blocks the first one :G
Seems like UD3R will become most popular among those, price will prolly be like 120~125 EUR or $140~150 (immediatly at launch I doubt it will be below $150 tho). For that price you actually get pretty much what most highend boards features, enough PWMs, heatpipes & 8 SATA slots etc so I see this board highly interesting atm cuz of it's sheer bang-for-buck ratio (very feature packed "entry level" board :p:).
Nice thanks for the pictures :-)
I was surprised SLI is only supported by four boards out of nine. Why can't it be like XfireX, can do dual solution even at lower end boards.
SATA 6 and USB 3.0 coud have been a nice addition:shrug:.
UD4 -> Hands down best looking board there.

what prices more or less?
and god, i wish theyd cut it out with the 24phase already...
Gigabyte P55 UD4 - $199.99
Gigabyte P55 UD5 - $229.99
Gigabyte P55 UD6 - $269.99
MSI P55 GD-65 - $179.99
MSI P55 GD-80 - $249.99
Based on prices in Europe, it should be around those prices.
(Note: I didn't take the EU price and convert it, I compared the price in Euros of boards that are already out compared to pre-release prices in Europe. For example, an Asus Crosshair III AM3 board goes for 155 Euros in Europe, which is what the price of the UD4 will be. So if a Crosshair III goes for $199.99 here, then the UD4 will cost the same, etc)

Yeah, it would cost the same. 199,99 $ -> 199,99 €. Thats how they usually do it
The UD6 version looks good. I wish they included quad lan like the P45-DQ6 on the UD6 version.
will probably pick up a ud5 12 sata ports + dual Lan is great
Fixed those prices up a little better. These should be way more accurate on the cheaper sites newegg and alike with good supply.
I see the UD5 as the true highend board, the UD6 is just... overgimmickified for people who got more money than brains.
EDIT: It's a shame they're trying to witdraw the boards from being listed, like 2 days ago we had 7 - 12 shops listing the boards on geizhals.net site now they show none. Saw that some of the sites also pulled them back, not only the price comparing sites.
Need 48 phase VRM on the next generation boards, 24 will not be enough. /sarcasm
A board in Europe that goes for 155€ goes for $199.99 on Newegg here. This is true across the board. Therefore, there is no way the UD4 is ending up at anything lower than $189.99 max. It will most likely end up at $199.99. These prices should be expected.
You didn't expect the same Intel that charges $200 for entry level x58 boards to have high end P55s under $200 did you? ;)

Nice line up of boards, now more stuff to get Gah !
Well the cheapest UD4 board I spotted was like 143 EUR and this is way before you can buy it and that from some random site I've never heard of, just wait until sites like DriveCity, MindFactory etc lists it as well and we might see 138 - 140 EUR or so already then remove 19% tax off that and we're like at 117€ without VAT and that compares to like $168 USD. Usually the cheaper german sites and removing the 19% VAT and then converting the price is quite a good comparision but there are products such as especially some RAM kits and GPUs which can be found often even cheaper over in the US.
If talk about the UD4 board in particular you can see it barely offers any more than UD3R/P boards this time around so it shouldn't be much more expensier either. But yea up to $179 is totally possible for early availability, I'd be suprised if it was more than that. For comparision's sake I bought P35 DS4 at launch for 134 EUR from germany.
