Seems like UD3R will become most popular among those, price will prolly be like 120~125 EUR or $140~150 (immediatly at launch I doubt it will be below $150 tho). For that price you actually get pretty much what most highend boards features, enough PWMs, heatpipes & 8 SATA slots etc so I see this board highly interesting atm cuz of it's sheer bang-for-buck ratio (very feature packed "entry level" board :p:).

I was surprised SLI is only supported by four boards out of nine. Why can't it be like XfireX, can do dual solution even at lower end boards.
SATA 6 and USB 3.0 coud have been a nice addition:shrug:.
UD4 -> Hands down best looking board there.

Based on prices in Europe, it should be around those prices.
(Note: I didn't take the EU price and convert it, I compared the price in Euros of boards that are already out compared to pre-release prices in Europe. For example, an Asus Crosshair III AM3 board goes for 155 Euros in Europe, which is what the price of the UD4 will be. So if a Crosshair III goes for $199.99 here, then the UD4 will cost the same, etc)

Well the cheapest UD4 board I spotted was like 143 EUR and this is way before you can buy it and that from some random site I've never heard of, just wait until sites like DriveCity, MindFactory etc lists it as well and we might see 138 - 140 EUR or so already then remove 19% tax off that and we're like at 117€ without VAT and that compares to like $168 USD. Usually the cheaper german sites and removing the 19% VAT and then converting the price is quite a good comparision but there are products such as especially some RAM kits and GPUs which can be found often even cheaper over in the US.Quote:
