Hade some dice left from bench, and decided to abuse my OCZ 1600 7.6.6
They are my best kit out if 5 or 6 iv hade, bench stabel at + 800 6.5.5.16 2.1V

Superpi 1m was stabel around the same speed as everest

Nice frequencies... Might I just ask, how do you insulate your pot? I have one of your pots, wrapping them in paper doesn't seem to be enough. (Mobo is of course insulated around the mem sockets)

Maybe I should finally use your RAM-pot (same model, bought 2nd hand), I`m just watching it for months. :rolleyes: Atm my limit for my 2 x 1 GiB D9GTR are 2.03 V for reasons of safety^^, but that`s good enough for >800 MHz 6-5-5-13 @ SPi 32M (or 6-5-5-14 @2.00) at least. 5-4-4 should give an very nice extra boost for my lowclock competition. :D

That was at about -75c. The weird thing is that the mems run absolutely fine even at -130c, I never went below that. There's probably some more to gain, I think the NB was the limiting factor.
should be. capacitors are the limiting factor, right? so as long as you can cool them down enough to prevent failure, you should (theoretically) get the same results.Quote:
