3 big rads, I would like to see this... although I think the Cosmos S is more water cooling friendly interesting what this will be :)

You could undermount one of the 320s...but the support rails would have to be modified...but it could happen...then the 220 would have to be mounted vertically against HDD cage..if all it does is chipset cooling with a 355 recirculated case air would still work.

It would be nice to have three loops...I'm still cogitating.

You plan on fitting all three of those rads inside the case? Either way looking forward to updates....

Where did you order that model from? Newegg doesn't have the windowed ones... Also, is the front door removable? Would be pretty annoying if you had fan controllers.

The windowed version is a FROZEN CPU mod option...

The front door is hinged w/ option to open from either side: the front door can also be completely removed, so front mounted fan controllers are not a problem.

These case companies never make it easy for us. Why can't they design cases where the radiators are just a drop in perfect fit? I guess that's the reason why MM is in business.

Cosmos S has good compatibility for 360mm rads in the top of the case with no modding.

Well I spent a few hours doing layouts and thinking about options and ended up fitting the 320 to the bottom, the 220 to the top and a PA 160 internally.

I was wanting to maintain the stock appearance...and not get some funky looking top that stuck up past the case profile. So I went with the 220 up top as it would fit under the plastic shroud with a little trimming of some webs in the shroud.

The 320 fits without much modification on the bottom and is 90% hidden from view anyway.

The PA fit perfectly in a vertical position against the HDD bay.

I was able to leave a lot of the chassis intact which was the plan.

The RaptorX HDDs are going on display so I am not concerned with the funky HDD trays that slide into the bays. Cooling for the Raptors will be via an inexpensive HDD cooler that screws to the underside of the drive.

This will free up the HDD bays for the pumps...

The Cosmos top grills will fit 140mm fans...as you can see that is a huge increase. I happen to have some in stock.

I checked the thickness of the rad against the trim and rails (chassis upside down in shot) and found there was sufficient room to mount the rad.

I test fit the TT 850PSU and a pair of 120mm fans in the floor of the case. Sure enough CM has allowed enough room for these. It would have been even better if the floor of the chassis did not already have a grill in it..as the grill does not line up to a dual fan location.

A little cutting and snipping later and some hammer and dolly work and I had the chassis ready to accept the 320.

You can see the rad showing through the vent for the PSU... This is intentional and will use the PSU as one of the three fans.

Even with the shroud and fan there will be clearance for the largest of GFX cards. There's 10.5" from the backplane to the fan on the shroud.

I cut an additional vent into the HDD bay support...but left plenty of meat so as to maintain some structural rigidity.

As you can see there is plenty of breathing room for the bottom mounted fans and plenty of clearance for the plumbing and HW.

It's going to be tight...but triple loop it is :D

Here's a short of list of stuff to do:

Takedown (drill rivets) and prep chassis parts for paint
Paint chassis matte black
Reassemble chassis
Lay out and assemble three LC loops
Custom reservoir?
Install HW
Cable management
Test run

Hoping to have this completed mid April.

This looks good. I hate rads mounted outside of the case. They just look horrible and unstable. I think you maximized the space available very well and have come up with the optimum solution. Good job for now. Can't wait to see how it looks when finished...

RE Custom res...I was thinking of making one to occupy two optical bays divided vertically into three chambers...Then put a matte balck face plate over that with three "sight glass" slots...

Might go with Black Red and Clear fluids...

Another option is to use three EK reservoirs and have them mounted in some tasteful manner...I prefer external reservoirs..much easier to deal with.

Amazing. Is this getting 3 GTX? 1? 2? Why not just drop the shroud and put a 140mm on that 160 rad?

I love your threads, but it saddens me at the same time b/c I don't have an opportunity (cash flow wise) to even begin to embark on something like this.

I always have have problems finding a suitable solution to pump placement. I'm interested to see where you manage to put them so that the case still looks nice.
