Short test BBP rotary cascade - 56k warning
Hello friend's
Some days ago, Piotres build for Team Poland [me and Matiz] small and quiet dual rotary cascade.
Yesterday we start testing this baby, but this is veery short test - time limit.
Ok hardware used to test :
Old X6800ES Step 5 B1 - with a bit broken IHS
This CPU is tested with :
Air cooling - Tuniq Tower - 3850MHz for bench stable :)
Water - 3850-3900MHz stable for bench
Chilled water - 4000MHz stable for bench :stick:
Dry Ice - 4500MHz stable for bench with ... 1.8V :nono:
LN2 - 4700MHz stable for bench ( 1.8V ) also 4920MHz for SS with 1.94V :D
And yesterday test with BBP cascade.
Asus Commando with vdroop mod
2 x 512MB Ballistix 667MHz
MSI 7900GTO 700/700MHz
Be Quiet Straight Power Pro 500W

2 stage power up and idle temps :)

-98.2C evap temp : 4700MHz when running 3d2k1 ;)

Results ? Only three :

http://images22.fotosik.pl/23/d8171d6297ee806f.jpg
And :) CPU-Z validation at 4961MHz with only 1.78V
http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=174192
So not bad - 4700MHz for bench at ~1.7V compare to 4700MHz LN2 cooling and 1.8V.
Validation with more MHz and very low vcore for this cpu.
Piotres - good work :toast:
Regards
Martin
