Didn't realize it was a big deal. I've had it installed for several days now and been posting numbers, just didn't signify it was a gt. Anything you guys want to know?

proof and pics
HAHAHA you posted that as I took the pictures...
temps? any pic of the inside?
Right now, at 3.712 GHZ , through core temp beta, I am 39 C idle. My volts are at 1.575 as of now. I took it apart to clean it following Maxxracer's guide, but didn't take pics cause I had no idea it was a big deal. The guy told me it was the new revised model but he didn't make a big deal about sending it to me so I didn't know. Otherwise I would have taken pics for everyone.
Looks like 52 C load, but I'm not totally stable yet so I will probably up the voltage some more.
I'm keeping an eye on this post to answer questions but I have to go out for a while so I'll check again in a couple of hours and see if anybody wants to know anything else....
I've had one for a week too...

I had it thrown in with a case I bought... I got excited when I saw "The Swiftech Challenge" and all of that, but I don't know that there's anything special about this block. I didn't take it apart, but from what I hear, instead of 12 pins inside, it has 20. I've been eyeing the Fuzion thread and I can't wait to see a comparison.
GUYS please remove the top and show us how the inside looks like PLEASE
I 2nd that :)Quote:

Once I confirm without a shadow of doubt stability (orthos for 14 hours so far, aiming for 24+), I'll try letting it cool down and see what it truly has the potential of loading to. The problem I'm having is that I'm not able to dissipate the heat from the rad fast enough, and the air coming out of the rad is very warm. In fact, it's raising my idle gpu from 28ish to 38 after a long period of time.
I wana know what the inside looks like!
I've had one since yesterday :D But it was given to me under the condition that no pics or results be released until Monday the 15th so I must (and will) honor that.
where are you guys getting gt's from anyway? or is that hush hush now
then please by 12am of Jan 15th please show us as much pictures as u can
What's supposed to be different about the GT?
something along the lines of 20 pins instead of 12 and less restriction
nikhsub1, nothing was said to me about this. Though I did have enough sense to not say where I got it from once I saw is was a big deal and they were not supposed to be released yet. Sorry guys but I'm not taking it apart again now that I have it installed, though the design does look very similar to the regular apogee from the pics I've seen.
where are the pictures that you have seen
The difference between apoggee base and apogee gt base is smilar to the difference between mcw5002 and apogee.
If you haven't seen apogge and mcw5002 base, look here

That what I am talking about. Apoggee gt is not ground breaking, it just smaller and more. Just like apogee compares to mcw5002. Look at pins in the first row, mcw5002 9, apoggee 12, apogee gt 20Quote:

Took my voltage to 1.675 and on 100% load (using prime95 and super pi (32M) to get both cores, new to this so not sure if that is good way to bench) my temps on core 1 are from 57-60, core 2 are 55-59.
Where do you buy this?
Why doesn't Swiftech not have product specs on their website?
