I wonder what changes AMD made to the driver...
Please post some feedback on it asap...which one exactly you are downloading the one almost at the bottom?
I'm using this one:
http://www.amd.com/us-en/assets/cont...mdcpusetup.exe
For my AMD X2 4400+
I've installed it when I first saw the initial post and it has been running since then. I can't do much now because rosetta is running :x
I'm also curious what the changes are. They must have changed something since its a new version :)

I am afraid of breaking my current OC ...thats why I think Ill wait for some brave user :-)
Just updated and see no problem, don't know what the changes are but unlike MS, I don't think it will break anything.......
Any difference in benchmarks? Perhaps some dual core optimizations? Yes...I am very positive thinker ! :-)
installed, not a difference yet... someone bench before and after and see if there is a difference.
installed doesnt seem any different so far but I havent benched it yet
I will wait for feedback from you guys. I just got this CPU up from 2.76 to 2.84 for the first time when I got this DFI board. I am afraid I'll jinx myself. :p
nice.. how much vcore you using?Quote:

cool. There is one thing that confuses me, why the description says stuff like this:
They make it sound like the cool and quite thingy.Quote:
Allows the system to automatically adjust the CPU speed, voltage and power combination that match the instantaneous user performance need.
Yeah right! While you're waiting,,, how did you determine that?Quote:

That sounds scary, I'll wait and see if it screws anyone over...sorry, lol?Quote:

Vapor EDIT
Apart from it being 1.5MB smaller then the previous version I have no idea what the difference is...
I could have gained 20 points in 05 but that's also within error range..
Maybe this fixes the standby issues people were having....
Oh really, where's the screenie?Quote:

Probably added support for AM2 and Turion X2, my guess at least.

Thanks
