Actually, Charles says he has a few PCI NVidia cards. For each one, I'll install 64-bit Linux to ramp up some more; up to 3, maybe 4 more.
And, gonna see about doing the Mac thing. Hopefully, Charles will still be willing to volunteer the services of those boxes. I should be able to manage the Rosey/Mac install. Not sure about the optimized thing, though. I don't know whether I'll have time for that, at first. Hell, any additional output will help.
On top of that, it will be good to see numbers other than zero next to Fugger's name in the stats! :eek: :stick: Ouch! :slapass:
I may even get him to help me with the installs. Hell, I might need him to help me with the installs. :)

But you also have to take into account the fact that you can't merge computers at the moment. I know I've got at least 5 computers that should be merged at the moment.
you also have to remember most of us are using athlon64 based systems, which have a much much higher RAC per core than a pentium 4 based system.
we not only have a lot of CPU's, but a lot of high quality CPUs
im running 3 CPU's myself, 4 cores
For your records, your top 20 accounts for 705 CPU's that are visible. Our top 20 has got 159 CPU's visible. Because our top 20 is very shy there are a lot of CPU's hidden, but i think we have no more than 375 in our top 20.
Don't know how many DDT has got runnning, i am guessing around 150-200. That combined with the 705 is almost our member count !
The merging problem works both ways ofcourse.
So you guys aren't really out numbered i think.. at least not by very much? Could be wrong ofcourse :)

I see this stampede as a sling shot the more DPC pull away from us the greater our desire to beat them is, causing us to add more rigs and building more tension in our slingshot, and when the stampede is over they have no more force to pull away from Xs, causing the tension to be released, and Xs will fly by DPC and continue on at the amazing rate we are doing now
