OPB's New CPUZ WR for 4600+

Long time no play on my 4600+ :D
Somebody calculate the percentage of OC for me:D
Can go higher, but it's no fun just catch the screeny like that,
I will try break my 10089 pcmark if I got chance.
and I am pretty sure my 4600+ does NOT have cold bug.:)
cuz it can go up to 318.6x11

Yup, that's one of two 4600+'s I had before. I'm pretty sure the other one doesn't have a cold bug either. I've been talking to Kev lately about how people were bragging about all their WR's with their X2's. I've been wanting him to do a max ss with his cpu and it seems that he finally got round to it :p: One thing to add, I talked to OPB about 5 minutes before he made this validation and everyone should be even more amazed that this 36xx was done @ ~1.7vcore.

That was under 1.66v I think, don't have that guts to pop that high v :p:

here is what I was talking about the 318x11,
if the cpu got cold bug, there is no way you can run even 275fsb@ any multiplier.

Yea, it's a dream for sure. :(
I dono if you can scale the max oc to the temp like that, but if the memkontroller was without cold bug, the FX-57 was close to 4Ghz at LN2 or a big Cascade...

so whats the highest benchable then? And that no cold bug is very good news indeed. These X2's are pretty awesome chips, im priming my 3800+ 2650mhz with 1.34v, which is nothing to yours, i know, but still quite nice.

What's with the scrawling all over the CPU?

Oh, and aside from two characters (and the date) that stepping is very similar to mine. CDBHE UPMW.

Hehehe...sorry about that - I had to do that in order to protect the source of the cpu when I sent it to OPB. Now that I know him (OPB) better, I'm pretty confident I'd be able to send him future cpu's without defacing them :p: Oh BTW, the cpu had a batch code in the low 20's so there aren't many that are better than this one ;)

yeah i saw that, must be one of the first ever made! Well that's a fair enough reason, i guess if i got CPU's from a top secret place i wouldn't tell people where from.

It's no secret where the cpu's are coming from - AMD of course. Just WHO they're coming from has to be kept quite ;)

I don't think they're using ramdisk. The top marks are using scsi320 RAID controllers ;)
