my best compliments, very nice idea, looks cool!
Very Beautiful
UAZ   :slobber:
i'd hit it
Nice block but to advanced for my liking for cooling the NB.
looks gr8
designing for a silent system?
drooling...just drooling
Sam
Very cool indeed. Now do the same for the gpu and cpu waterblocks, add a pump by working out with the manufacture to allow your name to be attached to it, pick the type of radiator to best compliment the flow rates of the waterblocks with the pump, and call it the Kamel Cooling Kit. HEHE
very nice work..
does it work with sli?
Very nice . Seems like your design is inspired in the Asetek Antartica blocks , witch is quite good .
What software have you used to design that ?
I'd buy it, I'm looking to do a secondary loop in a few months for chipset, hard drives, and possible even ram if a removable/decent block is released. :)
Should work with sli...it's' designed to do that!
if u take a look to the special shape, u will notice that the upper fitting, just it on the righside, is positoned to work in the backside of the first VGA, so the card passes right in the middle of the block.
just 11mm ...to fit under the vga. The original air cooler is 14mm .
Solid Edge is the software i've used to design and render this "creature".
Cpu block is ready!
Kam
hi my friend i hope you'll send to me for testing :p
Are you planning on mass producing these blocks? Because as I said, I'd buy one. ;)
I'm planning....
Kam
Please remember that you should only be selling stuff in the for sale forum :)
Nice looking block and a clever solution to the limited space.
Looking forward to seeing it in the flesh :)
Indeed as holst said, you selling here.
you can share your designs, talk about them, chat, etc etc..
but NO advertising. Andvertising of any sort will be removed. that includes prices too.
so anyone interested in buying one of these things, keep it to PM or wait till kamel takes it to the BST.
Nice , i though you used Solidworks . Do you have a place to built all the stuff , i mean CNC machines and etc .... ?Quote:

No problem guys, i respect the rules, as u can see no prices or selling intention, it's just an idea sharing.
As i told u, just a draft and a render!
Kam
Looking forward to the results! The chipset fan is the loudest thing in my PC...unless the ATI fan kicks in at 100%. :)
:eek2: That looks real nice :D
as soon as you release this, i want one. if you would please, when you post in the for sale area, post a link here in this thread to the for sale thread. if you don't mind ^_^
looking very awsome! I cant wait to see the prototype and some results, keep us up to date on all the progress!
even though i think NB watercooling is a waste of time, my hat is off for a fantastic design (and the whole gratuitous bling feature)
its beautiful :-)
what about the problem of tubing interfering with slot 1?
u know whats funny. I despise the idea of chipset coolers usually but im really in the market for a passive solution to the NB on my ultra-d as i cant stand the noise it makes

I think I know of at least 10 guys in Australia who'd buy one.
Make it happen ;)
enjoy, your right it doesnt. with a tiny little CSP-Mag, it would be an inexpensive and viable option.
WOW, that looks awesome. but how are you going to make it? if it was me i'd use Waterjet or Abrasivejet.
why don't you find a specialist / someone with a waterjet system and have the peices cut out like that?
unless of course :D you wanna get out the old dremel tool :D
gimme
any idea on when you'll run a prototype off mate?
@ the moment i'm studying the cpu block.
Quite finished..... then i will start with prototypes, i think in a month i have both!

This is what i mean.
bye
Kam
it's... an RBX... lol
Yes, maybe similar, but not the same.... ;)
Kam
i see a bunch of wavey looking channels in there... looks nice :-)
Really?
I've done wavey channels????
;) ;)
Kam
Neat...
I know a lot of people feel very strongly that NB blocks are a waste, but for those ppl that want quiet then a NB fits the bill.
Make it fit SLi and make the mounting system lv_dicedealer-proof and you have a winning design
ill buy one if its reasonably priced
as it will be going into the loop with my x850 PE w/ DD maze4
its looks kick A$$ and i bet its not too restrictive either
wouldnt how those fins are alligned create almost no turbelence? wouldnt it be better if they ran the other way?
it looks great, and id love to have 1... or 2.... maybe a bit more :)
whatever happened to this?
Workin on it guys, found a factory for production....
I should have prototipes soon..... waiting just as you all!
Bye
Kam
:slapass: ...Hurry up Kam!
got any shots with the top off? Also iu have a design similer to ur NB block drawn in free hand...when i get better in inventor i will post up the pics for my cpu block nb block r520 blocks and ram blocks...they will all be on a chiller perhaps a cascade chiller
Also do you have any type of impregnation jets in the lexan top like the WW or just free flow into the channels?
Dragon
Any updates?
It would be nice to see if he actually got this off the ground and into some type of production.
Look good ~

Something is moving...after some troubles..
Finding a manufacturer was very very difficult...
This is Neptune...my cpu cooler!
Top and mounting system are "in progress"
bye
Kam
Cool Kam. I can definately see a lot of room for improvement, but that just means you have a long product life ahead of you. Nice stuff. ;)
Sure...this is a base to work on !
I have some ideas to make it better ... but first i must test it!
Plus it's a little bit different from the original project..my fault with drafts!
well..now something is real and not only a draft....it's a starting point...
