good god nice 2003 score! Cant wait to see 2001 with that dothan of his ;)
Hehehehe...
:woot:
'grats k|ngp|n!!!!!!
BRUTAL scores... simply CRUSHING CPU POWER.
Now, do you think the CPU has "more" in it? I was hoping for 3800-3900mHz :D
And your card clocks aren't SKY high either... still on water? With supercoooled 7800GTX, who knows HOW high you can go??
Great benching. I think in the past 3 months that NOONE outside of Japan or a fertility clinic has played with LN2 mORE than you!!

These cards aren't really all that for 01 without LOD tweak at 3.
Cpu is scaling nicely with voltage.... 3725 took about 1.7v. 3800 maybe above 1.75v might fly for 3d. This solid container is really freezing up everything, so I can't run as long. Was testing for max cpu clocks with low bus speeds mostly. 217 is silly. 260-270 should pull the scores up even more from the cpu end. Plus card is still on cool water. I need to make some adjustments to my chilly gpu container first before I fit it to 7800gtx. More to come :)Quote:

All your results are xtreme, awesome work with the Dothan.
Good stuff, amazing power. :toast:
you could still run 3dmark01 even if you dont do that good, just to see the tests and learn how this card does
shoooot..
i love it..........
you have done well. Kingpin
anyone know if that board is for sale in the united states yet?
nope, have to get it from EUROPE :(Quote:

Did I see it right on that project description, only 216 fsb for that score?
Wtg k|ngp|n, gratz! :toast:
I would really like to see some pictures of your rigg :)
Really awesome kingpin!! :toast: Let's see 24k fall I am sure that card has some more in it. ;)
i was wonderig too when i saw the 217fsb. glad to see it isnt a mobo related issue :toast:Quote:

To be honest, your recent achievements are the ones that impressed more recently - here in XS or anywhere else ...congratulations your are really a Legend :D
You are results are really Macci style :D
Theres 3 + sites in the UK selling these boards atm. Sure one of us over here in Europe would get the board and ship it over too you, if the costs were covered....Quote:

Got some real nice updates from today..........card still on 10-13c water:
Cpu is stable at 3.9ghz for 3d, maybe even 4ghz :)
I think this is the WR am3 score:
http://pic8.picturetrail.com/VOL256/.../104850086.jpg
Here is some updated 03 and 05 at 3840......All 3 benches can run at 3.9ghz though:

http://pic8.picturetrail.com/VOL256/.../104849757.jpg
Next session is card on ln2...and maybe cpu at 4ghz for 3d.....gonna need a light touch as I hear this card doesn't like below -40c.
I also am anxious to get this chip back on the p4c with a pci card to see what it can really do for pi's
OMG....
4gHz Dothan power.....
I'm speechless.
You GOTTA' run '01 just to see the system tests!!!!!!
Should be able to score a LOT more in '03, too..
:eek2:
:woot:
Man you guys work quick :)Quote:

be-jeebus! Thats an insane combo you got yourself there :O
How are you finding clocking things on the P4GD1? Locks wise etc?
Great...The board flat out rocks. A little slower than the p4c overall clock for clock and with lack of certain mem timing adjustments, but still nice. I have run 3d up to 266x12 without issue. The chip is limiting me atm on fsb with such high cpu speed, not the board. I'm working on that....Quote:

Congratulations on your WRs k|ngp|n-san from M freaks @ Team Japan :toast:
Dothan power :) Running 2 730's atm.. Nice to see their bigger brother OWN.. :D
When will they make an M-compatible SLI-mobo? That would RUIN :D
Kingpin you have style, i love youre work. After so much records youre still the real legend! cheers m8 :toast:
Those boards are cheap!
That container looks heaven-made :)
to my surprise , the Dothan is much better than the P4 chip in aquamark3 tests , even without the assistance of HT. can't wait to see some scores with SLI, Kingpin.
That's incredibly amazing. I never thought Dothan would be able to crush AMD64s THIS brutally...
Man, you practically beat the FX WR, amazing!
your THE man !!
congrats
...got any pics ?
Yeah heres a good one.........I really shouldn't chow when Im benching, rig was screaming, heart was racing, and I inadvertently grabbed my ln2 cup thinking it was my code red and almost had it at my lips!!!! rofl. I wonder what ln2 tastes like......:)Quote:

can't wait to see LN2 on the 7800GTX
amazing dothan are awsome, is there any mobo that works in sli for dothan?? about -40 bug a bios flash fixes it ask shamino or sampsa.

Good god!
- Michael.
Are you getting PCI-e locks? Or is the card happy to run over spec?Quote:

Quite simply amazing
congrats kingpin ... amazing job.
:woot: Dothan rules!!! Never thougt that P4GD1 can do so much damage. Those are really cheap too :) Great work k|ngp|n
COngrats KIngpIn. you´r the man :)
Way to go man  . I'm glad it has worked out for you. Cant believe its possible to 3d bench @3.9+ 2x7800's with this setup on ln2 should :slapass: hard 3d03 and 3d05. Go get some WR mr King.
Just curious,
Everyone keeps saying these boards are cheap. Just how cheap are they and when wil they be availablr in the US?
There's no reason to believe they WILL be available in the US. And in Europe, they ARE cheap, about $100. But getting it here will just about double the price :(Quote:

OFF TOPIC: Relationships are already good what should be better is shipping costs to US, 30€ for 18 working days shipping time is a steal, don't even tell you 92€ for express shipping (2days).
Some updated 05'...03' has been kicking my ass all night:
http://pic8.picturetrail.com/VOL256/.../105054316.jpg
Took some practice, but I can keep card between -45 and -55c with ln2, DI is a no go with acetone as it causes the card to throttle down. Di without acetone isnt cold enough. Anything colder than -55c, doesnt work. It's going to be tough to take down shamino's amazing single card score with this limit, 500 more points to go.
Dang it and I need a new system this week. Oh well I guess it AGP until next summer when I have enough money to play again.Quote:

damn nice score. w00t! That kinda performance is just...too insane. CONGRATS!
Great scores Kingpin, amazing CPU speed. Seems hard to get the card at the right temp. Keep up the good work :D
LMAO :clap:Quote:

Damn impressive. Quite a balancing act you are playing with the card temps.
:toast:
Exellent job man! Just awesome scores. Looks like nVidia has taken the benching realm back until the r520 comes out from ATI and that is assuming the r520 can live up to it's hype. :D
Sing it *we love dothan we love dothan*
congrats Kingpin!
is it possible to use SLI somehow with 915 chipset? you can use also pciex1 slots for 2nd card but of course they're slow..
Looking very good.
This is gonna be my next board for sure. I first couldn't chose between an Nforce 4 board with a San Diego 3700 + or a pentium-m setup but now I'm sure it will be a nice Dothan 750 with the P4GD1 board and a nice PCI-Express card.
I think I'm going to stick with a cheap PCI-Express card now untill the R520 is going to be released.
Do you still need the Asus adapter on this board? I guess so.
Nice 3d05 action King. 450 points from WR for single card in 3do5. Now all you need is that core a bit higher. You should realy get updated Nvidia bios that takes care of cold bug, if you have not already.
Anyhow this is awesome result. You must have a tanker of LN2 by your house;)
Some more updates.....prolly the last for 3d and the p4gd1. I need a break from 3d.
Almost 136k single card am3. This score is going to be pretty tough to beat I think :)
http://pic8.picturetrail.com/VOL256/.../105281302.jpg
and some better 03 finally with decent card clocks. There is something with 03 in these cards where nature locks up same spot. Mark 03' Really gave me a hard time.
http://pic8.picturetrail.com/VOL256/.../105287855.jpg
Awesome work kingpin! and yes 03 can be a pain in the ass sometimes. I hardly even bench with it anymore.
Awesome man :woot: Dothan 3950 3d benchable is hard to belive. But you did it. Almost 20k with singe card in aqua is also frkn crazy. People get that with 2x7800. Now if only we could get those boards in USA, i bet few members here would realy liked to play with them :D ........
I am pretty sure that sli won't touch my am3 score, even with fx at 3.9ghz+Quote:

was there an issue that didnt allow you to get the high FSB speeds? it sure would be nice to see some 280X14 benches with that dothan  ....
you would be untouchable for sure then....

It isn't temp related, it isnt mobo related, it isn'nt ram related, but more to do with some weird limitation the chip seems to have. I hope it's not true, but I'm pretty sure it is. IM going to bench it agian soon.
What's the max fsb you can reach on this board using a low multiplier?

You need to adjust boot settings/multi, pci-e freq and chipset volts accordingly as you go up. Kamerat got some real nice results around 280 I think. The board is solid and should be killer with the 770m and high bus speeds for some 3d. What it really needs is a tweaker program like I865/875 tweaker....someone make one please :clap:Quote:
