First 3Ghz Prime stable Watercooled ?!?

DFI NF4 Ultra-D
2x256 Corsair BH5

my first test after reflashed BIOS with 310 (non p) was OCCT succefull pass :

i'havent seen any other 3Ghz Prime stable in Water, was i first :confused:

before flashing i can't pass over 2952Mhz Prime stable ;)
probably BIOS 310 is better for ocing :D

What is the temperature outside and what temp is the water?

I have a decent WC rig and I can only get 2826 Mhz Prime stable. Will try to push some more. That's on BIOS 414-3. I'll try 310 (non P) again and see. Thanks for the info.

2916 Mhz is fine for benches and I managed a 1M SuperPi @ 2970 Mhz.

Cannot hit 3 Ghz at all, let alone Prime stable!

That is a good chip - 0517 EPAW

I have a 0512 DPBW. The 'A' in yours indicates slightly better quality.

ahhhhh! man i didnt see that link at the bottom of your first post, my bad :D So what priority did you use for Prime95 and OCCT's? I find my max stable clock to differs from priority 1 to prioty 10. that chip at 3Ghz must be so awesome to game with :toast: congrats bro.

i've tested 3 DPMW and with same setting (BIOS, cooling and conditions), are same result as the EPAW

i get aproximately 13°C in same conditons, with my old winnie i've get 15°C :D

of course not...but this was did on normal cooler (Arctic-cooling 64 Freezer) on room temp.~20*C ... overcrash86 has done this on water temp. 18*C so I think his CPU couldn't be hoter than 35*C ...so the conclusion is easy I think :p:

I have a 5-17 sandiego, they are very nice :) I'm currently running 2.772 gigs at 1.45v in bios on the stock cooler, g5 comes in a week or so.... hehe.. I haven't even tried to up the voltage yet past 1.45. no point. the spreader is still on and I got no water, I'm guessing I'll be pretty damn close to 3 gigs with no spreader and water. the 2.772 is 3dmark stable :) I don't do prime.

read the article and tossed it when they said the JIUHB was low end. my 1700 JIUHB DUT3C did 2.4ghz on air.
