For 3DMark2005 this cpu is a killer i think :)
A little better than an FX55 due to cache L2 latency improved.

Since the liquid is @ -40 how about increasing the pressure. That should help for a few Mhz more.

Install a mofo high-pressure industrial water pump directly to the cpu + container nothing else, the chiller system cools the liquid in the container. :D

(I'm sorry i have nothing else better to do, i don't mean to tell you how to cool..... )

at this frequency I think it would be possible to break 25s or around
