220V-240V 50/60 hz cascade
-
are you going to use the small condenser instead of an aircoil in front of the oilseperator?
-
The small condenser will cool the superheaed gas and oil mist before the oil seperator.
-
And the italian cascade will be duall head;) :toast:
-
Is it going to you detonator? I remember you had a thread about wanting a dually cascade
-
-
-
naruto rocks! :D
nice stuff chilly1
-
wow.. real nice..
What are you charging for a cascade that can do about -100°c ?
-
-
Sorry for the bad english, but I was curius of what a cascade that can do about -100°c would cost from him.
And btw.
Going from -50°c to -100°c on the cpu, does it make much difference?
Over 100mhz?
-
I belive its usually around 1000$. PM him if you want a serious quote.
-
Actually we cannot discuss prices here, a pm is the the proper way.
-
Yeah there?s a huge diff, if you have a good chip, you can get a 300-400mhz increase, just look at what you can get with ln2!
-
are you going to use 402a in the low stage???
-
yes we use 220V-240V 50/60 hz power supply here in Indonesia :)
-
I have it in the three stage now.
-
3 stage? ..pic pic picsss

I think you are pretty far from the real price...
with 1000$ you can buy a vapochill or a mac2 but not a cascade.

Yes is time for Italian OC to play with the first Cascade, will be fun;)

:toast: :toast: overcloking the compressors
way to go, chilly ya running out of things to go faster heee

THese are based on the Danfoss sc15 frame with just over 15 CC displament rated at about 1/2 hp the extra displacment will compensate for the lower reveloutions per sec. over my sc12 series based cascades. And there is room to OC these with the use of a VFD (variable frequency drive) to increase capacity. (more pics when th 3ebuild starts next weekend)

i know who is my rich connational......oh my god the worst hands for a cascade asd
muahahahahaha sei tu xtasy o come cazz sei registrato su hw???asd...

i hope that i'm not breaking any rules here but i think we should look forward to some crazy results from ********* ;) oopps, i hope it was not a secret :)
BTW, i think i should also start saving money for some sub-zero action :) i hope chilly1 won't put me on a black list after that "leak"....
-
I dont know why theyd have any reason to hide their nick but I understand why chilly1 keeps prices in pm's.
-
Actually I don't mention anyone who is purchasing a rig only pics and a description so all can follow, anyone who wishes can speak up but that is a privite decision. As to pricing it belongs in the for sale forum as for custom rige each rig is built to the customers requests and pricing is not possiable I do have basic assembly pricing and if you pm me I will quote it.
-
:toast: Yeah i like the suspence watching it get built
-
-
  amazing work as always chilly. :D :D
-
Awesome work !
If I wouldn't have so much fun with building my own rigs, I would defenitely buy one
-
Nice work chilly. As allways. :toast:

u r the absolute cascade maker!
-
you are using the a-2 for an evap?
-
Yes the A2 is the metering device for the evaporator. The condenser uses the parker C-AA-SZ TXV with a .0625 by 2 inch oriface. Thie oriface lengthens the time needed for restart after shut down but gives me better load control and raises teh temperature of teh TXV while lowering the temp of the condenser.
-
And this is the scetch of the case... Wrap printed on vinyl and will be done on Monday...

hey there guys,
i just wanted to know why the use of phase change doesnt involve the use of Ln2?.. or at least the use of liquid nitro as a refridgerant?.
im a total noob, so me sorry if the answer is obvious.. :stick:
ive read a bit and followed the concept of phase change for some time.. and never reflected upon ln2 as a viable 24/7 concept.. but can it be 24/7?
thanks
:am:
-
because LN2 requires too low temperatures to be able to condense at reasonable pressures.
It could eventually be used in a good 4th stage or at 5th stage.
and no, it is not useful 24/7, you have to top up the container regularly.
but cascades are extremely expensive to run 24/7 ;)
-
but with the right pressures any gas becomes a liquid.. doesnt it? so what pressures would be necessary?
-
Nice work cilly1, super cool lookin, i saw something on an other tread looking the same with that case(black with the text''xtreme frostbyte...frostbyte 1 i guess) will it look the same this 1 in the end?
I'll be d@mn if i dont move to Italia for this winter :D :banana4:
Hi, to all of ya me new here hopin to stay long and with nice results too...
Monday i take my first fridge for destroing hahhaha o shlt i mean creation of something chiller or maybe hommieprommie. will be chiller eazyer?
I AM A KNOOB!!! Sorry for going a bit out of subject... my english too :p:

Welcome to the xtreme quintus. Stay around! :toast:

Actually we are working on a real out there system using a very large supply of Ln2 for a consistant supply and refillable containers with cryo pumps and enviromental chambers for 24/7 use at -178C and lower temperatures but the cost to operate would be huge.. I mean 100 to 200 US per 24 hours...
-
Amazing, thats the cleanest cascade i've seen. Your work is always above and beyond.
-
that is cleaner than a prebuilt unit, and it works better too!
-
 THAT IS CLASS M8 ;)
-
-
this is just one sweet looking cascade... piece of art one might say... can't wait to to what it's capable of and looking forward to #### :) OCing results ...
-
-
-
looks super good! like u make those every day!!!lol
about the insulation, izolation of the hx what u use? polyurethaan spray and how big is that box for it is like 20cm inst too big? just friendly asking!! :D

Darn... Are you working on building one for computer use? Or for something else? Hehe... Sorry if im asking the obvious...
Looks very good ;) Cant wait to see what the guys can do with it ;)

that is looking so good chilly1.
that is so much insulation on suction line it not funny.
well done.
-
That cascade is just like the other one he built, and its a work of art too. Their so professionally done and the case looks like it came off a production line, but with an artists touch.
-
Chilly1, you are truly a cascade god. Hopefully I will be building cascades one day.

DIBS ON BEING CHILLY1's BEST MATE!!
