The designer of DFI LP UT NF3 250GB, Oskar Wu,
he used to beta test the board before it was released by using this Gskill RAM and cracking the speed up to DDR700 or more!
It's based on Samsung's Tccd IC:

I and my friend have done all the tests exceed the limit already.
