2400+???
2500+???
2600+???
I see some local Canadian retailers getting some mobile 2500+ in now, but I am wondering if those are the 'hot' chips or would the 2400 or 2600 versions be a better choice.

seems 2400+ are the choice here.
Not going to say which one is better, waiting to see some results of the 2600+ before buying one. But recieved a 2500+ this past week. IQYFA 0343 mpmw an at 1.8v runs 2630 without a hitch. Takes 1.95v for it to run 2700 stable.
what was the batch WinXP?
my 2600+ is running 2.8 ghz right now with 2.2v (in bios) or about 2.12 (hardware doctor reported). it can run 2.7 ghz with 2.0v (bios) or about 1.95 (hardware doctor reported). my stepping is IQYHA 0346.
isnt the IQYFA a better stepping? if it is and u can get that stepping with the 2600+, i bet that would be the best. also, im on water so that helps me out a little bit
Drozdov
same as your pic.
AXMH2500FQQ4C Kxxxxxx
Did not write down the numbers after the K.
very nice, i can't wait to overclock mine :)
droz i really wanna see results from that chip.. i think its gunna absolutely FLY. im loving my 2400 but i think im gunna try a 2800 when they are out.. maybe. or see if i can find and hand pick a 24/25 myself somewhere.
if u can get a 2500 get it, cant go wrong there great chips! or if u can wait for the mobile 2800 then that would also be a good choice but we wont see them in canada right away:rolleyes:
Week 43 is the week to have guys..
I'll get a 1,35v 2400 in a while (FCQ4C), I'm really curious to see how this OC's with high voltage. Have anyone seen results from these chips?
I might get the 2500+ 45W... a low starting voltage is needed...

My temps are way off for my cpu. They show 35c.
I think I could push it higher except I cant go over 2v for cpu. (mobos limit in bios)
only some steppings of week 43 are golden.Quote:

For the last few days, I've been wondering about your super overclock on the mobile 2500+. How the hell did you get that high. Sounded like it was a piece of cake. But now that I see you've been on Prommy Mach1, it makes a lot of sense.Quote:

2,880+mhz @ 1.95v About 50mhz better than my 1 1/2year old tbred xp1700. It had to be supercooled to get to the speed, waterchilled + 226w pelt.
2,770mhz should be run @ straight waterchilled estimated, in the platform of DFI.
superPi = 34 sec.
:Off topic
G|-|ost, who is the chick in the avatar ?

Cow2kie,

Dude awesome clock, stepping?

Also have an infinity coming.
I have a 2600 in my NewEgg shopping cart waiting to hit order... Let me know how it is so I can make an informed decision! :) Thanks!Quote:

Hmmmmm which one to get 2400, 2500, 2600, 2800, 3000?
2600 seems the best for price/perforamce ratio :)

FCQ4C should be 1.15V and thats a bit optimistic.
I wish I could raise the voltage some. Im stuck at dfi's limit of 2v. Maybe I'll be brave enough to try the vcore mod one day.
