stop flaunting your Ferrari movieman..some of us can only drive regular cars..:p
Rock it Dave !! :)
Awsome Dave  ! Stock cooling or aftermarket ? Temperatures idle and full load ? I Like that L3 cache :yepp: , enjoy it bro
show off
that cpu usage history looks ridiculous :D
These are impressing the hell out of me so far..Low temps, huge computational power.
You could run these in 90F room and they wouldn't overheat!
Dr's appt tomorrow and then will see if they will do higher BCLK and if the Corsairs will work with them..
Stay tuned! :D
Forgot, taskmgr with WCG running:
Attachment 131612
run wprime pls T.T
That boincmanager looks...wrong.
So, when are You going to stop kidding around and linux it?
When finally on linux... please run geekbench 3 :D
Wowza! Impressive cpu's as usual MovieMan
This monster will help with super computer week!
run XTU :) and send me result file ;) I kid I kid
I left the machine running WCG when I went to bed.
Just looked and the machines average is going up like the flight path of a Saturn 5 rocket! :D
41s... not bad at all. Just 11 seconds to go :D
Winderz is jest fine. Don't need no stinkin' penguins! :p:
You're traveling through another dimension -- a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind. A journey into a wondrous land whose boundaries are that of imagination...... You unlock this door with the key of imagination. Beyond it is another dimension: a dimension of sound, a dimension of sight, a dimension of mind. You're moving into a land of both shadow and substance, of things and ideas. You've just crossed over into... the Twilight Zone .....
.....and in a while those 4way and 8way 15core solutions will be available..... Gonna need a bigger version of realtemp.

Architecture: GenuineIntel Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2697 v2 @ 2.70GHz [Family 6 Model 62 Stepping 4]
OS Details: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Edition, Service Pack 1, (06.01.7601.00) <- this is not OK, OK?
Number of CPU's: 48
Im going to stop now. I know you got stuff that needs to be done with them.
Its just that I cant wait to see what they really-really can do once freed from Windows.
I'll be quiet now.
I promise.
107 BCLK done!

Jesus...
I'm not sure whether to congratulate you or have you instituted! Insane build for a...sane man! My 4 cores and 8 threads feel very insignificant. Nicely done, Dave. Now, if you need a home for "The Beast", I'm willing to adopt!
MM, did you swap out the 10 core chips with these 12 core monsters? Can take those 10 cores off your hands if they are collecting dust.
Well..( takes breath) Actually I took out the SB E5-2687W's when I got the 10 core E5-2670 V2's then took those out when I got the top 8 core IB E5-2687W V2's then took those out when I got these 12 core E5-2697 V2's...WHEW! :D
Just the 10 core IB 2670 V2's and the SB E5-2687W's are mine.
The other two pairs are "borrowed"...
First numbers:
Statistics
Date ..........Total Run Time(y:d:h:m:s) Points Generated Results Returned
10/22/2013 0:031:19:15:40...................... 160,759.............. 423
OK, so lets extrapolate :D
Round numbers lets call it 31.5/48th of a full day yes?
So 160,759 divided by 31.5 equals 5103.46 times 48 equals 244,966 PPD on a full "48 HOUR" day..
Not too shabby I guess and toss in MJ12 was running so it lost a little bit! :D
Oh, and most of that day it was at 3187MHz and only at 3226MHz for the last few hours of the day..
Yea, I'll take it and smile! :D
You went to http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?p...sort=yesterday of course :D
http://www.lakecityquietpills.com/ph...9576773390.png
Mine are there for perspective as the work recently seemed to change to work units that run even better on mine at least...
Of course I did and I waited up just to see what you think of those numbers and on winders!
Oh, forgot, I ran some numbers and if that say 35% increase would hold true and my numbers are right your looking at app 310,000 WCG PPD on Linux or 44,286 BOINC PPD..
Dave, is it possible to have you run Cinebench R11.5 on your new rig? With my CPU overclocked I get around 9.5, so I can't imagine what you'll get.
I did today..32.54
Attachment 131622
ok, time for bed for me..later guys!
So, cinebench 11.5 doesnt scale past 32t?
There's a new one. http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/..._download.html
Sitting here, should be in bed, and I'm wondering how many hours on wcg today....
...and I'm crazy curious how many points your babies racked up today on these new type work units.
Why am I curious?? Well let me show you something from arachnid, the one with the new Kernel..... 195,493, and spiders, the standard setup... 167,574. ~boinc = 27927 and 23939 Remember, 16c 32t @2.4
extrapolate: @your speed and cores when running Linux = between 394225 and 337924 or Boinc 56317 and 48274... To quote a rather old film..... CAN YOU DIG IT?
50Kppd Boinc rig anybody?
We just need the right kind of work :yepp:
hmm, my two machines got 245,606 total and the X5482 machine got 45,378 of the total so....:D
First two days averaging just over 200,000 WCG PPD
