Quick modPI 32M results with this new CL10-12-12-31 1.65V DDR3-2666 2x 4GB memory from G.SKILL on 3770K/M5F.
I guess they rated wrong :D

Are these kits that you guys getting specially binned kits? Seems like whenever Gskill comes out with a new kit I find a few guys on this forum with the kits early and already showing off how fast they are.
You guys buy these from a store or are they given to you from Gskill?

-25C to -35C when the kit was under LN2 cooling.
Don't know the exact temp as put a sensor probe to near the top of a heatsprader.
Probably only need just below 0, but kept that range to prevent condensation.
All Voltages & memory timings were set in UEFI before booted up to OS for 32M.
May be some more room left to tighten up some parameters with MemTweakIT?

obvious that what is showing to us is binned, i cant even do 2800CL10 stable not even with 1,75volts only do what is says, and also struggling to get it on 2800CL11-13-13-35

Are yours "2500" serial number? If so, those are the HYK0 based sticks, not the HCH9 (which is what I"m sure anyone that bought this kit was expecting).Quote:

Don?t know what should be that bad about 2500 batches - my kit does around Spi32m 1390 10-12-12-31 with about 1,65v, IMC limit is 1400 on my rig via bclk, so this is more or less highest reliable frequency I can test - my old trident 2600 c10 needed a lot more voltage for this, should be good mems for upcoming platforms :D
I'm glad that you are happy with your kit.
I am just of the opinion that the HCH9 based kits have a little more headroom and scale with better with voltage. I picked up a quad kit of the Corsair 2666 C10 kit, so my unopened GSkill 2x4GB kit with the 2500 series is headed back to the Egg for a refund.
yes are 2500 im VERY MAD with Gskill really i can boot practically at any timmings and speed my IMC is strong but cant pass a single loop of SPI32...they are very unstable just like those $%$%$ HYK0Quote:

@andressergio This sounds real bad, like some Hypers on 1155 - compability issues I would guess, I had this with some Team 2666, they gave me instant freezes and such wonderful things :D if problem can?t be solved you might have to sell these or return :(

I normally buy stuff from the US and resell if not up to my standards...bought some 30nm Samsung sticks to bin sold two and got a 3x2 2000c9 psc xdf kit and some profit lol
i got my second kit and its much stronger tough...on W7x64 SP1 seems hard to get 2800Cl10 but easy on XP, i only see XP screens all around but i will test further this kit it went good so far i haven had much time to test

Quality seems to vary on these kits, but on the run above, I am pretty sure this is because subs are tightened, time is fast for 4 ghz - on auto timings my kit easily does 2800 at 1,68v even on M5 gene, which is imho no good mem clocker compared for example to asrock formula

i can pass some loops of SPI32 tried till 1,8 still no luck with 2800CL10.12.12. even with 2800CL11-12-12 no luck so far score of SPI32 at 2666CL10-12-12-25 1T tRFC 96 and other tight timmings passes my 2800CL11.13.13.35 GSkill hynix very tightQuote:
