You should post also price. If it's rised substantially, then imho one'll be better of with going smart fan controller route (like aquaero/tms-200/bigng/heatmaster)
My guess: about the same price as the FC5.
Can Lamptron plz confirm this?
Translated by google:
The newest fan controller of the Chinese manufacturer goes through life as Lamptron Fan Controller Touch of FCT. The black or silver FCT is a 5.25" bay and placed, as the name suggests, are controlled through a touchscreen on the front. It shows six circular icons that you can shift to the desired fan choice.
If you've chosen a fan you can chose to adjust the speed by turning the icon. You can also turn on automatic mode, the controller itself determines the speed based on the measured temperatures. You can set up the FCT fanspeed in rpm (revolutions per minute) or the voltage in volts display. Also you can see the temperature in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit readings.
Lamptron claims that the six channels of the fan controller each a maximum power of 30 W, although a fairly high power for a fan. Looking at the total maximum power of the entire device is not specified. It is also not known whether the controller will be available in the Netherlands.
Hmm, would be nice to know how much wattage it can handle before switching to PWM mode... Bound to be expensive with the touchscreen; the NZXT sentry is only slightly less than a bigNG, and the Sentry's internals are supposed to be junk.
Hey TYPHOON ^^
Nice ;)
Nice I hope could be available soon in the US :)
damn, how did the news get out...thought we were still under NDA with that. lol im in the process of sending out pre-release samples to various review websites this week, your looking at about another 1-2 months before release, we set up the target release date to be around thanksgiving/christmas time for the holiday buying season. The price is a little more expensive because this is our highest end product we make, the unit itself is actually powered by an ARM processor that you see in mobile phones which enhances the touchscreen's ability and its automatic fan control features which you can adjust yourself using the touch screen.
Since the word is out already, here are some photos of our new boxes and the product itself. For XS eyes only. The rest of the details your just gona have to wait on for the reviews. :)

Nice!
Is the fan controlled via PWM or rheostat. I would assume PWM if it's capable of handling 30W per channel since I don't see any heatsinks??
I like the RPM display option.
I'm starting to hate XS. I buy a product and a new one comes out I want more...lol
Just bought an fc-2 and an fc-5

Can we at least know if we can control multiple fans at once?
Yes! finally a touchscreen fan controller that doesn't look like it was designed by a little kid. Cough... Aerocool... Cough
Martinm210: .. your needs - PWM MCP35X? :)
Nothing beats analog controls IMHO.
Huh i might end up adding this to my system since i have 2xmcp35x on the way

69.99 is the MSRP fellas
when you shipping to UK !!!!
Negative, this wasnt even supposed to hit the news yet. Someone spilled the beans a little too early without letting me know. It was supposed to break headlines in 4 weeks when the reviewers get done with their prerelease reviews. We are allowing stores to pre-order them currently for the release date so that they have them when they go on sale officially.
Why would a PWM controller allow you to "choose between RPM or Voltages" on the LCD readout?
But yes... a lack of visible heatsinks suggests PWM.
If I didn't already have a T-balancer I'd definitely get this one
so would this particular controller fix the squealing gt fans (like the bad fc3?)
The squealing issue was fixed well over a year ago. lol
Nice looking panel, good front for Lian Li. Can't wait to see a review on some portal.
hmmm touch screen?
Looks nice, looking forward to the reviews.
From that HardwareCanucks Youtube review, it seems like a few things are lacking:
- Voltage to 0.1v resolution: I thought most units already had a tenths-decimal readout on display? A positive integer value is somewhat useful, but I hope Lamptron can fix this with a firmware update... The same goes for Temperature.
The unit is obviously capable of displaying "XXXXrpm" in the same area that the voltage readout appears...hmm
- Are there (+) and (-) buttons to change fan speed in 1% increments? It seems like we can finger-smudge our way to a desired general fan speed, and then the 1% increments would be necessary (perhaps changing more rapidly the longer the touch-button is held). - Maybe a single knob for fully variable control (or pair of physical buttons) is in order. I would have liked 1 high-quality knob.
- What is the Fan RPM resolution? I think about 30-RPM increments is the standard. That may be fine already.
- Brushed Aluminum: It should probably be vertical, but I don't care much about that.
Everything else seems great. I'm hoping these issues can be addressed with updates! If not... still a good control option.
Full review just published at TechREACTION. Be sure to let us know what you think of it. We gave it our Silver Silicon award.

A question for this panel. Can i connect the Laing DDC to it?? It have 30W per channel my DDC have 10W but i don't wana burn a new panel so i'm asking :] Have some one this panel or the older brother FC5 and have connected DDC or D5??
A certain online shop owner said they've had nothing but problems with these controllers and to stick with the fc-5 / fc-2. Didn't get into specifics just saying! Let us know how it is.
