[BenchBros] thoose clocks are fast as Lightning...

Today we did a little bit Benching for GOOC Quali on a EX58-UD5 (oh don't ask) and after this we had 15 liters left and we give Lightning and XPOWER a chance to get the AM3 WR :up:

Today a little bit more VTT than on the Last run and we was able to run down to -163° this gives us this push.

Performance suxx caz its same OS as used for Nvidia runs, we have to reinstall it and give it another change on the Weekend :up:

this week was realy the best time for publishing all of the GTX 480 Mods and the Coldslow BIOS ;) so we can do some serious :banana::banana::banana::banana: on our Weekend session!

@0cool: this is our 3rd one, 3003B320 (6G 06 but not more in the other benches), 3003B396 (don't likes Tripple Channel and hates VTT) and now 3005F725

Congratulations to a beautiful score :clap:, get the F code is good but I think flimsy,1 F code during the test,other F code after two tests Broke down :shakes: . More resistant to B code, Two B code is still working despite the dozens of torture. :D Be careful..:up:

Thats why we use "only" 1.9v for this cpu and we will be realy careful with the VTT too ;-)

I do not think the voltage and VTT. We give the maximum voltage 1.85v, VTT 1.45v :shrug: One cpu runs but after bios screen stays..:confused: Maybe we are our bad luck

Holy sh*t! Aquamark3! :rofl: I haven't seen that in ages. I'm going to have to run that on my i7 - 5850 rig and see what kind of score i can get. The last time i ran Aquamark i was on a oc'ed P4 with an x800 Pro VIVO modded to a Platinum XT :D

And 1450Mhz on the 5870 GPU??? That's insane! Awesome though. What kind of framerates can you get in Crysis GPU bench at max settings with that setup?

don't know if you can say 3005 is better than 3003 It depends all on luck, you can also not say ES is better than Retail, I see some Q3FE what clocks realy bad and others runs quite nice, but the best Q3FE are selected from 10 (and more) chips so its not realy compareable!

CPU is death until Yesterday Morning.
We prepared all stuff and we will power up first time and all what the Board says was "FF" we tested on several Boards but no way!

So I think the F in the Batch means FRAGILE!

now I have 60 Liters LN2 here (planned for a long and sucsessfull Weekend) and nothing to do with it...

bad news :(

My "F" died after 15 minutes on LN2... new box retail...

oh bad luck guys :(

but try this.......

if you have another 980 laying around pop it in the board and go to BIOS and disable HT.

Reboot then power down and pop in your golden 980. It might just be that your HT died and you still have a CPU that can do some 05/AM3/32M damage....

It has worked for me....it's worth a shot:up:

I tested with Brian's trick but no way to power up the CPU...

Maybe the WPrime 32M runs on EX58-UD5 where to heavy, this was the only time where we use HT - ON and 6 Core Load

wprime is extremely heavy for the processor, 1024 is a killer, makes every other test except vantage look like a walk in the park... I do believe wprime is a tad more stressful then vantage...

Does it post more then FF, any cycle before?

2 Cores don't boot, same like HT
nothing to do for this CPU

Have you tried to bootup at a higher Vcore like 1.3V to 1.4V ? ( either with a modded BIOS, or by setting up the BIOS with another CPU )

Yes... the XPower have a overvoltage switch... so we tested with +0,1V extra VCore... but no boot :(

Did you check the voltage it applied though ?
Because I have seen the Classified & R3E POSTING at... 1.05V with the Gulftowns.

The switch doesn't work this way anymore, IIRC. It's just a switch to enable more volt in the bios, but doesn't affect the actual vcore.

i've test ,this batch，got one 1.3v not run 4.2g 6C/12HT OR

so，i think this batch very bad

3003B466 can do 1.392v 4.5g OR 6C/12HT
