We got some problem to let the mobo run 2 4870X2, cannot set the second VGA with high clock on the CPU, so we stopped to bench around 5 am
next run with crossair III

So am I to assume the chip used was the one in the socket with eraser?

Just curious because photoshop reveals that it's not even a review sample nor does it have that batch #.

No, CIIIF is really stronger for OC. 50-100 MhZ more are possoble and higher NB clock. I will post CIIIF bench next days, now I'm busy with F1 vantage bench ;-)
