I'm sure this wasn't done on air or water, it had to have been some exotic cooling. With exotic cooling these chips get much higher than 3.8. Also that is going to be a suicide run, I'm sure it wasn't prime stable at 7GHz.Quote:

At least in my experience, the overall clock speed doesn't always match up perfectly to what HTT * Mult would suggest. It may or may not be a valid submission, but that aspect of it doesn't rule out the possibility of it being legitimate.
