GREEN,The first Teflon Container
I want to show you our latest container which was build with special Teflon polymer body.

Objectivity:
The main purpose of designing this new container was exhibition in a public workshop, it should be beautiful. the insulation of the body in the all cooper based container was no suitable for our exhibition so we search for the other material to use instead of Aluminum and cooper for the body of the container. we found very special king of Teflon polymer which was molecular architectured for very low and very high temperature insulation.

The Teflon body of the container plus its funnel is very heavy and it's weight is around similar to our cooper body container.
the funnel designed to give all boiling LN2 drops when putting LN2 in it.
the bottom designed by cooper and it have special design for distribute the processor's heat.

I think that this design give an idea to the enthusiasts for building their new pots, but It is not good to look at this design only with positive manner. every container have some pros and drawbacks. yesterday I done a heavy LN2 OCing in our lab four about 6 hours to analysis GREEN performance and see some new records.

Temperature :
GREEN can easily reduce processor temperature up to -120 , I did not try lower temperature but I believe that it could reduce more.
http://haghdoost.persiangig.com/imag...ture%20166.jpg
under burn state of process when I utilize CPU up to 100% load, Green could reduce temperature with low rate. so I decide to reduce it in ideal or power-off state and then run a burn process like Prime95. it means that GREEN can not reduce temperature with the speed of other full cooper based containers.
Also GREEN is very sensitive to processor temp, if there are no LN2 inside GREEN, the processor temp rapidly increase ( about 20-25 ^C in 5 min at ideal mode) by adding LN2, it can not reduce temp with the same speed. so we decided to power-off and reduce the temp to preferable degree.
these drawbacks come from small cooper which used in the bottom of container:

we predicted this phenomenon before designing and decide to add some fins and small blades inside it. but it can not help well. the only solution to reduce temperature sensitivity is using more heavier cooper in the bottom. some thing like a solid cooper with several tall vertical holes.
when the processor is turned-off the temperature is stable and reduce with very very low rate, increasing about 40 degree in about 45min.
Insulation :
as you can see we use this container without any insulation body, the Teflon can perfectly insulate LN2. blow you can see the insulation performance in the body of container after 2 hours LN2 run :

after 4 hours LN2 run the situation change and snows grows in the bottom of containers.
