Hi everyone.
After seeing some great worklogs with SFF cases i thought it would be great to make a dedicated SFF case gallery.
SFF stands for Small Form Factor. SFF cases are small compact cases and almost never fit full ATX size motherboards. Most SFF pc's have mATX motherboards. Most high-end pimprigs on XS are big but even small pc's can be beautiful.
Please post your SFF case and tell about the details, what case, parts and cooling. :)
This one is long gone, but it was one of my favorite cases to work with.

as you can see i had to mod the rad to fit the video card, it was worth it though, that thing was a beast setup :)

The Twice7 is a huge-a$$ case which even fits EATX motherboards, and taking it to a lanparty would break your back.
not all SFF are mATX ;) there are a few ATX SFF, obviously not as small as a mATX case but pretty small for a ATX.Quote:

Ordered a Bitspower Mini DDC top this morning as I couldn't fit any other res inside, and bleeding with a tee is so damned hard.

Thanks Jesse! I think a lot of people have the same sentiments as you. Hell, I would have been happy to sit in 2nd behind Boddaker's awesome BSG mod. I'm just not sure what the 1st place winner had, that the rest of us didn't. I guess we'll have to wait on CPU mag's story behind it all. Anyway, there's always next year. I've seen a few mods based on the Qmicra's before. They're a very nice case, albeit a little pricey.

Yeah, I like them small. Couple more not pictured, and a few more in the works.
Ownage i have the Qmircra v2 case and it was a dream to build in, plenty of room for a watercooled setup. one draw back is that it is a tad bigger then most SFF, but most SFF cant use huge heatsinks or a pa120.2 :yepp:

They would be Nanoxia's FX1250 fans, they perform quite well and stand out from regular fan's but I still prefer Scythe fans over these.Quote:

I have three PC versions right now. One Pentium-M, one Via C3, and one using a Cyrix/National Semi/AMD MediaGX/Geode GX1. The Pentium-M is a full PC running XP. No less useable than a laptop with the same specs. The Via C3 version was set up as a simple NAS, but could just as easily be a low-end XP machine. The Geode is too underpowered for much more than Win98, but makes an acceptable Linux web surfer. The boards I use are designed for embedded systems, but other than form factor they're functionally identical[1] to an ATX type PC.
I've also used these meters to build a bunch of USB hard drive cases. I bought my first meter on an impulse, then got it and realized they're almost perfectly sized to hold a hard drive.
