i got one its better one i had tho i just make shure i run over 24 hours for leaks i kno i not pro like but its what i can ££ at the moment tho i been with TT case and other stuff there been sweet but y is there water cooling crap ?
i kno i am going to get stick with this like but i need to know why they dont like it what has TT done to U .
comma's are very friendly. Its very hard to understand what your tying to say, or ask in this post. Also, complete sentence's are always nice. I cant tell if you're a native English speaker but, i need help understanding what your saying here.
Sorry for the bash.
k...
Aluminum rads, low quality pump, everything is pretty inferior to performance water cooling parts. Better to spend more (and do it right) the first time!
The pump is poor, it's slow, the cpu block is poorly made and the radiator is also crappy.
I mean if it was like $30-40 and you had an extra pc laying around, sure why not.
Damn $40 would be a lot of that though.. hmm :p:
so u telling me thats u have tryed this ? producted then or is it u dont like TT
May I ask why you want it? Maybe we can recommend something else
couse i got it for my 30th bday ppl i talked too they had it they said was good one to use for now untill i get more £££ but why is ppl dont like TT for ?
Honestly it's not good quality, the parts are low grade, the pump is subpar, the block uses 1/8g fittings, the cpu block is really not well designed and look at the bottom of it!

oo i c they got cpu copper is cheap then what about the pump and rad are they fine to use tho ?
Honestly, I would just get a new WC system. The pump is pretty bad, I used to have a TT WC system and the pump failed after 2 weeks.Quote:

If you're speaking English like this and you're 30, then I am very worried.
look i am not good spelling i am english but crap at it typeing sorry for that ill try my best to get it right , its better then what i am useing atm is there any place were its cheap for starter kit but with £££ this kit i got was £70 but i have not got the money to buy top stuff yet but i will try save for better one tho thanks for helpQuote:

Have you considered the new Coolermaster Aquagate Max
I bought myself a ThermalTake kit as my first watercooling setup. It is decent with keeping my temperatures down with a 2.89GHz E6300 and somewhat high clocked X1950XT all in one loop. Under load, each will get up to 50 degrees. I haven't had any leaks or any failures with my system but I would like the pump to fail for an excuse to upgrade the system. Ah, why won't it break on me.
I knew someone that had that setup and for what he was doing it worked.
I agree mixing metals is a no no and i didn't like the 1/8g fittings
but I kind liked the CPU block he had. I thought it was interesting, and i liked the look.
I think you need to look at it in the context of what your trying to do. I would go over to his house and he got good temps and it was a turn key solution. Bit bam boom and he had it installed and it worked for a long time.
So if you have it and can set it up yourself, plus the temps look good, then you who's better then you.
best of luck!
I don't like TT cause I care about my PC investment. I want the best, and you don't get that by being cheap.
Question is since you got it as a present (and not that its something you were thinking of getting) is if it can be returned/exchanged for other parts, and if not, in that case is it decent enough to use.
lol this is a joke, the dood is 30 and cant type? i cant stop laughing
TT is a great company, but we hate their watercooling products because of aluminum and copper causing galvanic corrosion and making it leak, mediocre performance, it is quite expensive for its performance, and there is near no upgrade headroom due to the weak pump and radiator. TT cases and its accesories are ok though. BTW, 13 year old grammar FTW! lol
Poor quality radiator, low performance pump, bad CPU waterblock, no pros to speak of. Even for it's relatively low cost for a watercooling system ($125), it is way overpriced for what it offers. It's performance is worse than that of a TRUE for twice the price. I don't see why anyone would like it.
So am I. My 9-year-old sister has English better than this.Quote:

It's like he didn't quite get the memo - April Fool's is over!
you'll be fine - use it! - if u already have it, that is
my friend used a TT water cooling system for 2yrs - the pump died in the end (after 2yrs) but apart from that, no problems!
if u dont have it & ur looking at buying, be advised there is plenty out there that is better!
'nuff said.Quote:

TallPaul if you need any help pm any of us we will be glad to help you. I thought this was a joke... but your a good man for taking it!
yeah, thermal take is just no go for WC. they make some OK air cooling stuff, but yeah.
My first setup was a TT. Don't do it. I ended up spending money on the good stuff, you will too. Save your money, get a good kit from the start.Quote:

This forum is a happy place, with helpful people. lets keep it that way! mmmkay <-----(Mr. Mackey southpark)
i am dyslexia yes u can take the mick but i can take it like pinch of salt thanks for other ppl who want to help me out   :) :) :) i am still going to install the bigwater 735 other ppl had no problems with it so i am going to take that chance that some time i will come back with pics , maybe next year i will upgrade my kit for better one and i will ask u lot whats best parts i need for my pc system i will give u my pc specs later thanks for ppl who can help me cheers :) :) :) :)
barftastic... if i was OP, i wouldn't know what's more offending... some folks bashing on the english level or someone calling dyslexic... lol
OP, if you have it already, and "committed" to it, in which you cannot exchange or trade, use it.
if not, and you are REALLY interested in WC'ing your rig properly, then consult the boards.
in general, folks here talk out of experience... good experience...
quick question for u lot is it better have the raidator out side the case or in my case for better air flow ?
I just showed you how the block cracked and leaked in my system.Quote:

Again, if you received it as a gift, enjoy but keep an eye on it.
I would equate it to purchasing a used car for more than an identical new car. You can get better a better air cooling set up for less money.
Now I am loving water cooling, but I have realized it isn't worth making the switch to water unless you do it right (if you are spending your own money). Water can be better, but just like anything else, you can get a low grade product and end up with new technology that performs worse than your original.
So if you have it, use it, and enjoy it. If you are thinking about getting it I would highly advise against. Just as others have said, the water block is low quality, the tubing is narrow, and the pump is weak.

lol dont make me bust out my DDC's making a middle finger with the words koolance to TT products.
But TT is garbage.
So is cooler master H2O products.
Im sorry there saying this unit will support 600W?
The PA120.3 handles 600W.
let me say it one more time: TT sucks badly. If you go to watercooling then you probably could buy something better.
Having the rad outside the case will obviously put it in a cooler environment, just put a couple of fans on that rad, unless the tiny air pressure will break the rad, which I wouldn't be too surpriced if it happened.Quote:

Everyone here has been telling you not to use it.....why, because it will put a very sour taste in your mouth in regards to water cooling. I've known a few ppl that used Tt, had something go wrong (like it always does) and swear off water for ever. Any time the list of positive reasons to use a product is shorter than the negative list is a sure sign you shouldn't use it, Tt's water cooling kits are in this category. Please read my sig then reconsider.
Positive:
It cools (barely better than air) (maybe this should be a negative?)
cheap
Negative:
Weak pump
Premature pump failures
Res cracks
Blocks crack
Aluminum rad + copper block =corrosion
anti corrosion fluid is junk
Fittings are small and restrictive
Poor thermal transfer from CPU to water due to poorly designed blocks
Don't you mean it's like buying a Yugo without the engine?Quote:

but thermaltake no longer uses those blocks on their new systems. they use a forged all copper block. 500L/hr pump, high quality res, and high performance rads. now the rads are alu but if you use their coolant it doesn't corrode. at least the ones i have haven't and they've been running for about a year.
granted, the 735 that this thread is actually about does indeed have all the old cheap parts that are known to break. the 760i is the first new system with upgraded parts.
wrong place to defend ThermalTake itznfb. i would run if i was u :)
lol, i know i know. read some review though on the 760i. its a world of difference from their older models. of course there is better, but the 760i is also very cheap.Quote:

I had a TT - the first, my last my never again..
Again my first setup was a TT system. It didn't perform bad at all, went for a solid year without and problems.
It does not hold a candle to my current setup (With the help from you all).
If it is your first setup, great. Make the best outa it. Just keep up on the forums for what's hot and what's not.
Later when you want to upgrade (And you will), you will know your stuff.

:p, i know its selective parts, i just have to give you some crap. your not exempt. :D i agree it looks like a middle finger, but it could be made better if the barb on the left was point slightly to the left, give it that thumb feel you know.
No G1/4 thread for me to put a barb there. Maybe i should send it to martin to have him custom tap one? :ROTF:Quote:

Here is why i don;t like Thermaltake LCS. I just did a build in a Kandalf LCS today. I gotta say, it's a terrible RAD. The tubes are very restrictive, the block design is just silly, (and the mounting is tedious). The Pump is weak, and loud. Heck there isnt even enough flow to push bubbles around. Worst of all, this customer has SLI 8800GTX. TRY finding somewhere to mount this pump/Res. It's terrible. I eventually got it mounted in the 5.25" bays at the bottom, but it takes up about 5 of them. Terrible.
All in all, I will stick with my Swiftech/Thermochill parts. Much Much better.
What you are doing is like being the kkk barging into a black men convention   :ROTF:Quote:

now i got to go have a smoke.......aaahhhhhh
what air cooler is that?
i had a 735 on my secondary machine (3800x2@2.4) and while it didn't leak or fail over a period of almost 2 years i can definitely say that a TRU (not even a TRUE mind you) is quieter while cooling the same cpu to the same load temps. you WILL have to crank up the fan on your bigwater and it WILL be much louder than the TRU w/120mm fan.

Mount the Rad wherever you can figure out to mount it. This is your first WC build. Have fun, if you screw it up...you're out a Birthday present, ah well.
My first WC system was a Kandalf LCS. I was nervous as hell about getting into WC because of all the horror stories I had heard.
I quickly outrew that system, rather than try to upgrades pieces...I went and built an entirely new setup.
Was a good place to start though, moving from air to WC.
