These cases even outranges the Murderbox. At least in my opinion. :)
Tom: It must have taken forever to do that paintjob inside your case. But it shure looks sweet though. :)
This is a old build.... now i've a Dimastech benching table and i'm working on a pc-a06 here...

Case is PC-A05B
Btw, the amount empty in the bottle of G11 is all I needed to add to this loop.
Chewbenator....the res is a 100 or 150?
I think its an 150
Im waiting for disruptfams awesome V2k :):)
Nice idea to have a LL only gallery. I'll start the CoolerMaster one when my project will be done (The parts from ChilledPC is sitting in the sorting facility in my city since saturday :(). This will also be a great way for those who are wondering which case or how to watercool them to read the specific galleries.
Tom
Nasty big bubble in the red loop?
lol yeah!
Hey jedda post a pic of your rig in here :)
(come to think of it have you finished it yet?)
Finished?
What does this word mean?
lol
Its nearly there, for the time being. Get the new OS tomorrow and will drop the G0 in then too.
I'll put the last bay covers in and take some pics, but keep looking at other mobos, TFT panels etc
Tried the new bios?
Not sure what way is forward. 780i is solid but not the mix of PCI-E slots I'd like. Those ASUS workstation boards with a PCI-E X slot aare very appealing. The speed of hardware RAID would be a big help with the size graphic files and video I'm doing a lot with now and future.
It all comes down to my psu physical size. With a bigger psu I must lose a lower drive cage. So those drives would need to go in the front bays. Hence, my indecision on finishing off the bay layout.
Sort of in a 'maybe' loop.
wow very nice canine!
Just wc in the second case?
...WOW you only use another case for 2 bumps... :D and res... i can see a rad with 2 x 120 fan... what else do you put in there?
LOL....2 pumps, MCR220, MCR320, res, and another power supply. The case came from a project gone wrong:( So it was either put it to use or chuck it. This leaves me with one un-modded V2000 for a future build:) Besides the 2 120mm fans on top, this is the only part of the case I cut up. No more small oval hole.

@ RockfordFosgate I'm considering doing a similar setup with my v2000, and I was wondering what kind of temps are you getting.
I would like to know the temps for everything eg. load/idle temps for CPU, GPU, NB, and SB.
Thanks
I'll put this up as a place holder for better pics.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...casefront2.png
looking good jedda mate :)
i'm still waiting on perfpc to get them alphacool lcds back in stock
Yeah they can be slow to restock.
Interesting to see Canine double up a V2000. Talk about room for a lodger!
I thought the next double case I saw would be another of the smaller Lian Li. Still, part of the appeal is that done right you can always revert it to two cases again. So if you have a second V2000 around, why not?
I'd like the V1200 bay tower and mid panel in a V2000. The up lifted floor bit would let you front mount the psu up in the niche I put my M-cube in. Two PA120.3 rads in the bottom of a V2000 anyone?
Tom,
Figured as much. Don't think you'd miss something like that.

Chris
You know, Andy, it was only 10mm short of big enough for a PA120.3 to go across them.
With a mesh 10mm bulge in one side panel the case would take 2 x PA120.3 running across, one where each drive cage is in the bottom, and a third in the roof.
Every now and then you get a good idea. That must've been mine for '07. lol
agreed, nicely done trouble2000. quite a few changes I've seen to you rig and it's looking the best so far :)

There's a 3rd MCR220 under the bottom shroud, and a D5 up above pushing it all.
so i got tired of the cheap hef932 case it wasnt big enough for liquid it was loud and it was just plain ugly so i found this on craigs for $150 luckly i was gonna order the silverstone tj07 but i found this case just as nice as it is quiet bad air flow though but it works just as well as the hef....

hewi, I thouht that you sold that case or do you have second thoughts. But, it`s still very beatifull case.
I`m also starting to my build my Lian-Li PC-A05N with watercooling. There is only one problem, I need to buy case first.
I spent so many hours doing the case, and spent so many euros into the case.
I just couldn't sell it, I'll probably keep it forever, if not in use then stored away.
While I do not actively post or read this board anymore, I know Lian-Li would like for me to post these here.

The top rig in this post ^ was featured in CPU Magazine... the cable management is SUPERB and the 8-pin CPU connector is actually soldered to the back of the mobo to aid in that cable management. To Wafarin, that's amazing how you got all the features to be the exact same color instead of light variations :D
Seeing Sniipe dogg's stuff made me not want to post my pics, although I will anyway. It's a little different, there's a S-Flex at the back instead of the white Silverstone fan.

I never did post my case in this thread when it was created, here's my old (and lol current) case although I've changed all the tubes to white Primo LRT a while ago - so the pics aren't current (but they were then).

So the GFX is at top atm and I'll change the Compressions to BP stubby's next month.

Wait; wheres the ventilation for the bottom cavity and that 4x120mm radiator?
Not a pretty pic, it's actually an older one.
The system still isn't fully finished, I no longer have the 8800gt as BFG replaced it with a GTX260(woot BFG rma).
Things I need to do:
1.Make custom hdd cage
2.build fan control system
3.revise reservoir setup
4.get new wb for new card
5.powdercoat case
but otherwise it is functional just not prettied up yet.
And I think I'm the only person with a case this small with this much cooling power all internal.
2x360 rads, 2x DDC3.2 pumps 6x scythe gt-15's
http://img196.imageshack.us/img196/1623/mg1084.jpg
Silverphoenix, that's a pretty nice set-up you have going! And yes, it is shocking to see that all internal. My biggest complaint about small cases with crammed watercooling is how much of a PITA it is to change everything out, it just becomes a big intricate puzzle. Always been jealous of those big builds where the rads were in a seperate compartment and they can change parts out no problems. And yes I'm speaking to all of you TJ07 owners!
How's the sound levels in that case with 6 fans?
it's very bearable with the side panel open, but until I get the sidepanel cut If I put it on all the airflow has only one way to escape and that is the back, and it sounds like a wind tunnel haha.
I do like large cases that are easy to work with but I'm constantly going to lans and also moving back and forth from home to school and I wanted something compact, and I thought it would be a nice challenge since it is relatively easy to just buy a huge case or a MM case and just spend $$$ and bolt everything together.
Compared to my TJ09 and V2000 builds this one felt more like my 1st wc build which was all custom and required alot of modifications by hand and thinking out of the box (esp the top which I cut by hand, that was a PITA).
That's the problem I recognize with my V1000b wich has all internal Dual loops WC, on the PA120.1 who's sitting at the back, on the inside it would just take over the view on the mobo.
I have to take out my hdd's from 1 cage to be able to remove my pums so I could finally get to my mobo, graphics card changes requires to drain both of the loops, but it's fun to do the work.
Luckily I got my hands on a V2000b wich I'm working at, on a slow tempo, so that will be my main pc with 3 loops watercooling :yepp:
About 1 hr total, just run one pump that's all. The reservoir is actually doing exactly what it's name implies I mean it's not a bleeder just a reservoir, it holds extra water so the small amount of evap and leeching from the lines means I don't have to fill up constantly. It also looks better than a fill line attatched to a plastic T.
If I was still benching I would have used my old benchsetup with my Colder quick releases etc but this is a tower not something I'm going to be reaching into constantly. I usually do a full teardown/cleanup/tuneup of my system once a year and this isn't that bad. I haven't had a need to "reach" into the crevices of my setup. I'm quite proud of the space efficiency that I was able to create. My goal was to do something no one had done before and be a challenge. I like my end results to me just getting a TJ07 or MM case and just positioning the wc parts in a different way from the hundreds of others who had done it before bores me.
But right now funds are holding me back from fully finishing it sadly... if you've seen my build log it never finished. I don't have the endless pockets where I can finish builds and have the hardware at the leading edge like most builders but I make do with what I've got.
Just seen this thread so thought I would post mine up, has slightly changed in the last couple of weeks though, have since got a 5970 to replace the 4870x2 in the pics and am awaiting the EK Nickel block for it, also have the Supreme HF Nickel+Plexi coming too. SATA Power cables are also being braided as well to match the rest:
