What mobo you have in plan for the 2P system?
It took me lots of efforts to get that one CPU from Canada. I am trying to find a second one to complete, but there isn't simply any stock.

I guess Q6600 at 1.8GHz will have even lower TDP. There is nothing special about 55W at 1.8GHz
I know how exciting can be the idea to have "server" hardware, but , unfortunately, it rarely really justify itself over
"normal" desktop stuff -performance wise. Not in this case for sure.

Rumours say that Intel's TDP is same as AMD's ACP.
IF that is correct, then read forward.
Thus if Intel says that TDP is 45W, it means that the average thermal envelope is 45W. If AMD says TDP is 65W, it means that the theoretical maximum thermal envelope is 65W.
Which one is more attractive, 45W or 65W? Are they same in practise? YES. Do we hear "This intel is SO much cooler than that AMD!"? Yes...
