Great score and CPU power :toast:
-
Looking really good and nice scores ;)
-
Finally you're geting some decent scores with this rig Victor....NICE.....;)
-
Victor: Get another and toss them on the clovers and go break every record( not 3DMark) that exists!:D
You got 420 on the ram and a 10 multi. Do you know what those clovers will do at 4200 with 8 cores?
That's 33,600mhz my friend!
-
hmmm yeah, i wonder what cinebench would say to a dual Ln2 xeon :D
the pot really looks a lot like the mm pots, nice design!
-
the pot seems to fit perfectly between the heatpipe - very nice looking one!
Nice scores there already, now go and push the VGA :D
-
Amazing pot and Great score :D
-
Very nice looking container Victor! :)
-
It looks like you used some of those Prefabricated thermal past squares :D
-
:D thx guys.
Uni Team getogether today and we played overclk for a whole day.
unluckily, we didn't achieved 4.2G on Dual*xeon 5350 platform :(
but we made this: :D

hey Geroge, u got crazy vga cards,
make a serious LN2 benching on ur Gem Quadcore and challenge Vince :D
that's an mission impossible for us, but u got the chance, come on !
Go go go ...Fire in the hole :D

Ha, ha, ha.......Nice going my friend.....:D
Yeap.......I'll play this week 420MHz fsb x 12 = 5040MHz the QUAD and 1035/1224MHz VGAs....Stay tuned..... ;)
-
Good stuff Victor.
Very nice looking pot. I am getting really good results from the Vapo with the G0 as well.
Switching over to SLI now, I have a new board and bios that is to allow me more FSB and bandwidth. Ill post results/deatils tonight.
-
nice new pot and score vic ;)

:D thx charles, which mobo allows more fsb for a sli setup ?
DFI is good, but...the slot space is a too small for my vga pots and digipwm hot like hell :(

I've done it with VGAs at low frequency......If you see my latest 2k6 bench, it was done at 420MHz fsb (and lower freq)....;)
Though I need to consentrate on CPU's temps during the bench, I'll bring a friend of mine so to help me out by pooring LN2 in one of the VGAs and I'll have the other one and the CPU......I can't do it alone with 3 x pots and ALL of them at the "edge"..... :(
-
Nice results, Victor! I learn so much watching you, George and Vince bench...

P30 bios and a new 680i board from Evga, there was some hope as I got everything setup but I ran into a problem last few items to install for benching.
My boards will no longer fire up a qx6850, oddly something happened to my chip. I will try again in a 650i to confirm. The boards fired up with the QX6700 fine.
Never even had a chance to get it up to speed under the cascade.
My vapo is a beast though, I can pi, am3 and 2k1 at 4.65ghz, trying for until I get a replacement or bios update.

So P30 is to blame?
-
Not sure yet, Ive been in contact with Nvidia and Evga and detailed the problem.
Hopefully a bios update fixes me.
The bios was working, I did complete the XP install.

 seems u've already done :D
yes, controlling 3*pots under LN2 is nightmare and it's mission impossible to running CPU on the edge. :D

evga 680i, I dont think the pwm can provide good enough power to cpu.
and award bios is not good for qx6850.
as I've tried on DFI, >333fsb becomes unstable while qx6800 can stable at 400fsb.
you got good cooling there, waiting for ur results :D
