nice chip. What vcore did you use?
~1.68 in BIOSQuote:

try it w/ LN2, and you have the chance to beat the WR (4.6ghz) :toast:
Very nice! :toast:
What week is it? What cooler and ambient were you running this at?
Great! The Son of The Father.
That's really nice clock's on air, congrats!
It's big difference between spi and ss clocks.
Try it on DI or even ln2 ;) .
Regards!
Is it me or is looks the SPi 1M time very long? 17 sec with cpu at 3.6 and ram 600mhz cas4 ?!?!
nice air clock on that low-cost chip :toast:
Do not compare to a 4mb chip in 1M, 4mb chips are much faster in 1M calculation.Quote:

the time aint the fastest that's for sure
sub 17s is within reach with cpu at 3400 and ram 450 4-4-4 on a 2mb chip
other than that, nice oc. I can't go over 390fsb on my e4300 no matter what vcore/vnb
@TheInVisibleGod
did u do the 1066 bsel mod and if you did what kinda gain in FSB did you obtain over 800?
With a Tuniq! ;)Quote:

basically allows your chip to boot at a default of 266*9 rather than 200*9. some have reported that this mod also helps in getting a higher end fsb .
Thanks Slay0r! ;)
You are welcome :toast:
may it help you push that chip further
very nice chip , stepping? and what voltage did it take for 3.6?
Impressive 445 on air (i test 2x4300 Q635/Q649 , max 425 on air and 475 under LN2)
Nice clocks man! Congrats. You are the first to beat me with the CPU on air ;) (got 3949 MHz on mine :P)
I also use the DFI RD600 board and i have done som kind of strnage observations. I would like to discuss them with you and see if you experience the same problem (after seeing you pi result, i guess you do).
I will send you a PM later on.

Update...
http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=175266
Next step will be watercooling and later sub-zero... :)
very nice.. :) I'm a DFI RD600 user also.. can you post your bios settings? thanks.. :D
He was getting max OC on air and you guys complain about Pi times =.= . The title isn't about Uber Pi times at 4Ghz on air, that thing is as flaky as a sheep on crack.
Even if I had to slacken every single timing possible to raise my CPU clocks, I would still do so. It's to see how far the CPU will go, tweaking and tightening can wait.
To OP: very nice clock, you beat my E6300 on normal air :P:. (not the freezing one -7 degree C like some lucky people among us have)

Yes plz , give bios settings.
Voltage in bios...

What memory are you using? Really nice clocks!
nice chip and very nice clock on air cooled. :D
nice clocks
:toast:
i can do waaayyy under 16sec with my e4300@3600mhz ;)

:toast:
nice OC. same stepping as mine, when I get a decent cooler I will see what mind does.
very nice clocks on air :woot:
but as already said, you have to work on your spi time.
here is mine for comparison:

regards
Those are some great clocks on air!
What did you set your strap at?
As you can see, I have quite a ways to go w/ my 1M Time......:(

nice chip.. mine only got 460 max on P5WDH :(
heyy look this screen... it's seem that it's better than RD600....
http://img176.imageshack.us/img176/7...escryo4.th.jpg
amazing results :)
Keep the 6300/4300 spi screenie coming guys... maybe after a couple of pages we can ask the OP to change the title of this thread... /sarcasm
Nice overclock on air...:toast: Whats the stepping of your 4300?
This benchs was capture from my e4300
http://img176.imageshack.us/img176/7...escryo4.th.jpg[/QUOTE]
And this one was from capture from my e6300.
http://img340.imageshack.us/img340/6...b16204stu9.jpg
Both of them were onto a asus P5B Deluxe Wifi-AP with 2gb of corsair xms2 ddr2 800 4-4-4-12c4 v2.1
Notice that e4300 with less OC reach 16.xxxseg and e6300 reach 16.xxxseg with more OC
17.2secs @ 3600mhz ?
My score @ 3460mhz (385x9 4-4-4-12)
http://img410.imageshack.us/img410/6...3460fr3hw6.jpg
And maybe something from me ;)
3,6 @ 1,45V (bios)
http://img444.imageshack.us/img444/6341/9x400kf0.th.jpg
I didn't prepare the OS to bench, it was my 24/7 sys and i just wanted to see what my CPU can do
3,7 @ 1,5V (bios)
http://img100.imageshack.us/img100/1333/9x411bi7.th.jpg
But don't look at the pi result at 3,7 cuz of mem (411 4-4-4) :P
What batch please? :D
1.68 is high for vcore, am i mistaken?
Motherboard limited :stick: :slap: :slapass:
5-5-5-15 timing @2.1v...

Very nice results TheInVisibleGod. I value your voltage posting and results in general, as I just ordered an ICFX3200-T2R/G and an E4300 that should be here within the week.
I'll be doing mild overclocking at first with the stock cooler, but it's nice to see results with the exact combo I'll be setting up.
Thanks again man.
