Xtreme 2006 Autocascade winner

After looking over the results, especially in the loaded temps, I've decided to declare LukeXE the unofficial winner in the CO2 category.

I say unofficial because I was a contestant, not a judge, but looking at his results I think it's safe to say that his was the most effective CO2 cascade at -93.5 unloaded, and -61.5 at approx. 150w of heatload.

Now his prize is definitely NOT for 'Prettiest Autocascase' because I think I won that one :D but his performance reigns supreme.

If LukeXE could please post a nice picture set of his autocascade, temps and icebath shot in this thread that would be swell ;)

The prize is a new 14 plate BPHE.

I've included adapters to make brazing it up easier, just place 'em and braze 'em. 2 bigger and 2 smaller adapters sized to the holes. Should be quite easy for a man of Luke's talent, and like I said before, make sure you purge this one :D

Yes the pics were taken with my awful Camera phone, my wife took away the digicam again :rolleyes:

Whatever cascade or auto this ends up in, I don't think that poor HX design can be blamed for anything :D

Now let's all raise a glass and toast this year's Autocascade king :toast:

That auto-c don`t exist at this momment, I rebuilded 2 or 3 days after end of competition, and It looks now that (that same parts, danfoss cutoff switch,captubes,R290/CO2,pipe in pipe HX,new condenser (it looks nice :D) and that`s it) :

Hehe, I made an autocascade session :D

Why I posted photos of new/old autocascade ? As I said, new is just better old one, that same parts, but a little bit changed design, parts are that same :)

Ok, great news ;]

Probably on 99,9% I`ve got at postal package from Gray, with that amazing plate HX :) :) I`m at school now, and after it I will take it from postal.

Second good news, I will build cascade for customer, and I will use that plate HX in in, we will see its great performance (but you all know me, I won`t build normal cascade...hehe, I simply make my life more difficult :toast: )
