 This is bootable with WC setup - Vcore in BIOS 1.575. AI Booster shows 1.62 Vcore in Windows:

Don't forget to mention which week is that :toast:
Verry niec, any mods done to the board?
Im looking for a good board thatll allow 500+ fsb modless..
My soldering skills are almost as bad as integrated video..
:D No mods - board & CPU "out-of-the-box".
Only replaced NB/SB thermal compound with AS5.
CPU is week 24.
:toast:
Holy crap. I might pull the trigger on Conroe. Been checking out and waiting for a good board. Now I just need a hacked Quad SLI driver.
is there any memory divider problems like the p5wdh has? or memory timing issues?
is this the $300 board one? Good results and nice vcore :toast:
:nono: No issues at all - running all dividers and no probs with the timings here...Quote:

hmm, i was gonan get that then i found out that another person with L624A264 E6400 had fsb wall at 425fsb = 3.4GHz ... so basically my cpu is crap
plus this board is kinda expansive
Ordered. Lets see what it can do with an E6700 and some GSkill HZ...
Not all CPUs are created equal! I could "only" OC my e6700 to 3.5 @ 1.55v ... should have gone with an e6600 :slapass:Quote:

run 1.65v :)Quote:

well it looks like this board is good for 450+FSB out of the box so it's probably worth the price premium over the p5w dh in my eyes.Quote:

:D Very stable board - no need to clock with clockgen. What is achievable is also bootable.........
Are you using the boxed CPU cooler or a...?Quote:

Got mine, but no cpu yet :(
;) Take Your time - and catch an insane E6600 doing 3.6 at least. Do not buy any rubbish.Quote:

Lucky guy
I've got the cpu, ram, hdd, gfx in the mail last week

I like build quality and effective engineering of thermalright and use the Hr-01. If you want maximum cooling the Ultra 120 is very nice with it's low weight. The Hr-05 is also a good performing/looking chipset cooler.
I've ordered home to old "Svedala" from PC-C without any problems and money left in my pocket. If you choose Hr-01 be sure to take the kit with the fan duct which you can't get here in the old country.

Ok, Enough of offtopic...
 No no - CPU is on water, only use the stock NB/SB cooler.Quote:

 This might be the right decision..........;)Quote:

And I also appreciate any idea in what direction to mount the Ultra 120.
My board is mounted like this:

I've already tried p5w DG2 WS pro and did'nt find it superior to p5W DH ( at least with my chip )
Doess the p5w64 offers more than DG2 WS pro ?
:D I think it does, still bootable:Quote:

Probably about 1.5675v
this mobo give +0,05volt in bios..... :D :D
exactly you set 1,55volt in bios, real is 1,60volt.... this mobo drop in positive 0.01volt :D it becomes 1.61v under load :D :D
this is the best mobo 975....for asus
I'm not so sure about that...
If I set 1.4750v in the BIOS I see at least 1.53v in PC Probe at idle, but it vdroops to about 1.49v at full load. It's more accurate to say that the board maintains the vCore you set in the BIOS at load, but at idle it's easily 0.5v more.
:D Sorry for late anwering but different time zone here:p: - the 4,014MHz SP1M is done with 1.585 Vcore in BIOS.
:toast:
Try the fan on the bottom, airflow upwards into PSU intake... or fan on the right, airflow towards rear.Quote:

:D For all of You using CELLSHOCK 1000 RAM (C4) on this board, try this 1:1:

400MHz = ~ 2.3 Vdimm up to 450MHz = ~ 2.7 Vdimm ;)
