Check out the LH boost from FSB1066. Both tests done at same CPU/VGA clocks, FSB1333 + RAM @ 597 3-4-3-4, FSB1066 + RAM @ 477 3-4-3-4 detected by CPU-Z.Quote:

But overall overclock is lower with 1066 strap right?
Yes, FSB limit is 10-20Mhz lower, no matter wich CPU divider or RAM divider i use.
now you make the rules
insane cpu speed. congrats
Congrats coolaler
youre a true pioneer!
congrats guys
nice run
Incredible numbers and they just keep getting better by the week. Congrats!
congrats

update 4m :)

It looks like you also got a new WR run in SPi32M, coolaler  Very impressive :toast:
But you beat kyosen by only 9s with a whooping 560Mhz advantage! Can you still better it? Is your RAM running at DDR2-992 1-3-4-4.0 and CPU at 5160MHz?
EDIT: Although, kyosen's bus is at 1840 vs 1589, so that might play a role as well plus tighter timmings and perhaps different tweaks... Awesome CPU!
i do my best dude:stick:,if i couldQuote:

Haha, That was just a note and a question at the same time ;) You misunderstood me... Whether 9s or 1s, it's still a win, absolutely!Quote:

With the excessive use of overvolting mch, I think we need a better chipset. At very least a die shrink of the i975 to cool it off a bit. But, judging by how high ATI and nVidia chipsets typically overclock, it would be nice to see a Conroe chipset from them.
Anybody know what they are up to?
(I know it sounds ridiculous, but I'm hoping for a air cooled shuttle PC Conroe E6600 in the 3.6-4.0Ghz range)
Does that Bad Axe ever crank...
Congratulations.
CPU-Z doesnt recognizes it at all right?
Why dont you give us a shot of CPUID? Does it works?
