wow...
If this is the board I think it is, I look forward to your information on it. :)Quote:

Nice one andre.
looks like power regulation is far superior to the Intel "Bad Axe" board :D this is a good thing with respect of things to come ;)
That looks promising.
Asus or DFI ? ;)
nice great job. Do you have room to push it further on air though??
damn i hope this mystery board is released around jun 15th. dont want to wait till end of july to start ordering everything.
this on air is great - will this chip go to subzero temps???
Could you at least share how much more FSB/Mhz did you gain in comparison to Bad axe? :)
Didn't think Bad axe was that much worse if you gained at least 100Mhz
Looking good.

probably used the x9 multiplier to get higher clocks on the ram. but then again i could be wrong. I have no clue how this intel stuf works really.
i just love the results though
100% agree;)Quote:

id rather it not be the DFI or MSI boards....i hope its an ASUS board
DFI or ASUS for sure
nice ass result though brah
absolutely sure is DFI LP UT C19SLI32-T2R/G..........! look at DFI roadmap and think a little ! look at latency settings...is caracteristics for sli mobo's....and asus say nothing about conroe's mobo on his roadmap for june, but DFI say...!!
Very nice, Andre! Anything more left in it or that's more-less about MAX on this cooling?
What RAM is that, G.Skill HZ by any chance?
that would be great if its the new g.skill 8000 2gb kit....as for it being DFI i guess that would make sense in all with the roadmap posted.
It's impossible to be Gskill, GSkill is impossible to be up for that timings.
also same way running, OPB's results is faster though

You've got to move to more xtreme cooling andre. It's about time!

its extreme enough for me. I'd be perfectly happy if i can get my conroe clocked up to 3.7G.
i dont see how anyone could really complain about that.
almost every chipset is capable of that. Besides that fact that we know a DFI board is coming, there is absolutely no reason to assume that this is it. There are probably 20+ conroe boards coming in the next month or so.Quote:

I think what he is getting at is that he wants to see how much further this cpu can go on phase, not taking away from your air clocking.Quote:

I cannot run more on Air Cooling.
very nice results for air
Very nice indeed...I'm really hopin' for a DFI board on this one, they haven't put out a new Intel board since the 925XE how long ago...better be...
amazing score for air
what temps are you seeing at that speed on air?
btw. nice oc :D
Hery Andre... I know you know exactly what you`re doing...could it be power? :) Brilliant resultsQuote:

guessing max stable is around 3550-3600 ? that would be real sweet as this most likely will be my next setup.
Current setup 30.xx Sp 1M next setup 15.xx Sp 1M :eek2: :eek2: :eek2:
:party3: :YIPPIE:
can they throttle at high temp ?
AWESOME air cooling overclock. Man AMD is going down :(
Anyway can you say what chipset ? I don't care about brand if it is 965 or nVidia or ATI chipset i'll go nuts :D
Very Nice :D
Try water ?
really good :toast:
Great job, man! :toast:
Your success gives me confidence to buy one of these CPUs.
would love to see water cool results
also would love to see your max prime95 for a few hours or such that would be awesome to see so people could know what is possible in a 24/7 rig!
Thats sweet, congrats.
Congrats and was wandering the same question - 24/7 rig? :rolleyes:Quote:

dfi samples will hit our oc world within 2 weeks. :)
Great results Andre. nice job
Very nice!
what heat sink is that?? can you like give the model number ...??
boy that musta be a decent mobo
http://www.tuniq.com.tw/Cooler%20Info/Tower-120.htm
Tuniq Tower 120
if u can squeeze 3.6 GHz out of air cooling, does that mean with the best DFI overclocking baord i can squeeze 4 to 5 GHz out of phase change cooling?? ie. Vapochill Light Speed?? at subzero temperature, maybe ill let the temperature go over zero
Edit: again this is amazing!!!!
Great

no no , i mean the results is amazing, i believe u, i truly do, i just dont know how far it can go with sub zero temperature??? like a 4 GHz??
oh and is it stable?? can u leave the computer on for like 24 hours??
Me fail english...that's unpossible.Quote:

I can't wait to see these chips start to hit retail/e-tail shelves...we'll be able to watch AMD slowly disapear from the front pages of pretty much every FM benchmark. I don't have anything against AMD...but until they start making more efficient use of their move to the new socket...they're about finished in the WR department.
Congrats Intel...we all knew you had it in you. :toast:
these boards are only getting better right now in the another thread a guy broke 5ghz on phaseQuote:

i would say once better PLL's are used for higher fsb clocks expect them to be 5ghz + on phase.
That's on LN2, but I think Conroe can go far on phase tooQuote:

I will have all results about P5B Deluxe on Monday. I will show you mobo's pics , bios and overclock limit.
Thanks your waiting.
Andre Yang
Your going to make us wait till monday, just stab me in the back already! Haha jk, looking forward to seeing good things.
thanks
:woot: :woot: ASUS
Monday:( :(

will be nice andré to compare your results with those
of Kyosen , who will post his results with the new P5W-DeLuxe (975 chipset)
today or tomorrow.

I post some pics and Bios first because the ES mobo has some problems. ASUS asks me delayed post time.

would be fine ...

very nice! good pictures :toast:
and again: only half of the Mosfets cooled. senseless ^^ but at least mounting holes are there...
