Thank you very much wait your news.....
My classified 3 should arrive next week.....

I have a 3x1gb kit of HyperX 2000c8 elpida hypers, cannot get this board to see 3 sticks no matter what I do. Have done long cmos clear by removing battery, windows sees only 1.99gb. Anyone else have HyperX running on this board?
The mem runs great on the UD7 and also ran ok on the Rex3.
on some high clocks it happens needs more vtt:(
but thats weird with 3x1 should be alot easier
my 3x1 hyperx 2k cas8 did 2k cas7 easy
its when i put in 6x1 i had problems doin cas7 but cas8 was np
on another note i got me 12gb of redline with bbse:D doin 1683mhz 6-7-6-18
Will try switching slots. Even at stock it reads only 1.99gb usable, I have tried several times but same thing everty time. I had hoped these would clock really nice on this board, they did better than my Dominators on the UD7.
Which kit is that zsams? Nice clocks.
Nice job.
This board seems to clock better than your E760?
Before when I would try a different board after about a week, sometimes less I couldnt wait to get back on the UD7, always felt good to be back on a Gigabyte board. Cant say I have missed the UD7 this time. This board feels very stable and clocks like a beast. I still love the UD7, it has been a great board and still works as well as the day I got it, but its nice to change every once in a while and learn something new.\
Also latest AIDA64 v1.20.1150 reads voltages somewhat correct now on the E770, and shows NB and VRM temps.
Thanks, I didnt use a tooth brush but I did clean the pins on the memory with alcohol and it sees all 3 sticks now. This time it didnt drop a channel.
my set of hyperx did best with the rexIII
its the 1600 redline with bbse rated 6-7-6-18:D
its best for my daily rig as i wont have to actively cool them compared to my hypers
i know the rexII prefers bbse cause of qpi droop n ram droop especially for 12gb and they dont need as much juice as hypers
nice tip Bullet92
edit: finally got 215x21 + 12gb of memory @ 1716mhz @6-7-6-18 to run stable on the rexII :p
Nice job zsams.
Keep trying to go higher but Im out of my comfort zone now and dont know the right settings, this is with fast mode disabled.
hi there, yesterday i did a quick LN2 session (3 hours or so).
i don't have a great CPU but this session end up with a bunch of pretty good runs.

if someone is interested here are the settings used.
booted at -107° C then when i was in windows i used -115° C +/- 3.
at lower than -120° C IMCH coldbugged, next time i need to try with memory in dual channel and lower CPU temp...maybe this way i can squeeze some more MHZ out of the CPU.
unfortunately after about 3 hours the mobo went crazy, so i had to stop benching.Code:MAIN

Nice
Thanks for the template. Im on water, maybe I am at the limit idk.
lol yes, had no choice. set 240bclk in bios with no slowmode and it laughed at me on boot.
^ lol, maybe Ill try the rex3 again with slowmode. I never really gave slowmode a chance, was so pissed about bclk limit for fast mode.
Installed the P55FTW today in my other case, but got bored fast. Did manage this by mistake. Not sure if I forgot to change bclk after backing down my oc or what, but this booted. http://valid.canardpc.com/cache/banner/1481261.png
managed to get this also. NO SLOWMODE zsams lol
OC_Nub, what VTT and vDimm are you running for those Corsair @ 235 bclk?
I took the corsair out, was afraid of killing them, was using up to 1.7vDimm and 1.60vtt. Started using a 3x1gb kit of hyperx, so far 1.74vDimm and 1.6vtt. I need to stop before something dies but its kind of fun.
Haha, yeah it is. :D Cheers dude. I'll try for some more bclk.
Just got my board last week. Having some crazy issues with my ram on this board. Kingston Hyper-X 2,000mhz 8-8-8-24 t1 3 x 2gb kit. I can get it to run all the way up to 4.2 @ 2,094mhz with 209 bclk. Anything after that it refuses to boot into windows. I'm sure someone has a easy fix for it. And i have tried 103 -110 pci-bus speed also with no results. Here is what i am running right now.

As i can't find a good stop for the ram. as it is either 1866mhz or 2,133+ on up. My R2E was a little easier on the ram setting up. So i'm sure it is something simple that needs to be changed. As i would like to show my old R2e up as it hit 4.6ghz with ease. Now i'm changing stuff right and left in the 760 bios. Thanks
You shouldnt need 1.50v for QPI PLL, thats way to high, try 1.75-1.20v, try setting IOH Core manual to 1.175-1.20v or in that range, and try setting IOH/ICH I/O Voltage to default 1.500v. Also try Memory Control Settings Standard , can do better without XMP Profile, and Memory Control Frequency to 2:10 if you want 2000mhz+. Its hard to get stable above 2000mhz, will need some VTT and maybe more Vdimm. Im not on the E760, maybe someone with that board will have better suggestions. Also try a DMM to test DRam voltage using the easy read points on the board, my board over volts memory a little.
