DMM measured
Chipset 1.8V
RAM: 3.6V (it was 270 benchable on NF4)
PCI-E freq. 110-130
Booted at 167+ for locks to work.

Seems like you need a chipset vmod. I managed to do 262mhz on my mems 1:1 Superpi 1M without mods. Dunno how high the fsb will go.
1.8v is plenty, i doubt you'll get much gains from >1.8v unless you dice your NB :p:
I have a chipset mod already, tried 1.9V but that does not help.
And BTW, my OCZ EL gold sticks (utt bh5) do not work on this board at all. No post. So, I suspect the board is not good.
I had a play with a m780 tonight my toes are still cold after spending 5 hours out in the cold (-1C outside the shed 7C inside) everything air cooled.
i have a cpuz dump but it wont upload cause my version is old :(

my biggest problem is my ram this run was my best 1m super pi stable 24.20s
a 2nd run of this would cause memory errors. i need some bh-5 ram that will ruh at 260 2-2-2-5 this would greatly improve my scores.
i increased the multi to 12 and ran at 3033 for 3dmark but this ment my ram was not running as fast as it could and i dont think i can drop the ram timmings any lower .
this was at 440 gpu and 1200 memory 6800gt 256mb default vcore.
i could not get a 128mb 128bit 9250 card local only a 64bit one and the ram was verry poor but would run 310 on the core.
as i have now sold my current dothans and only have the 780 and 770 on loan i didnt fire up the single stage but do have a 770 es on the way soon and this ones a keeper.
http://www.ljsnet.co.uk/benchin/m780-3033-440-1200.jpg
and this was the max 1m stable before my ram died.

again at 7C room temp in air
how much voltage did you put in it and for how long?
bios set to 1.6v i also measured the volts on my vdroop mod @ 1.6v
but anything i use to read the vcore in windows shows anything between 1.55 and 1.568.
never changed from 1.6v and was benching for well over 5 hrs.

I'm interested what is in yours ...
for example my A64 @2,9GHz (mem @ 240 2-2-2-5-1T) did 1m about 29s and 16M 12min 00(+/- few sek)
My Dothan can do 1M 29,8 but 16M 13m40s  (2,5Ghz ram 208 2-2-2-5)
ok... new setup:
P-M 740, P4P800-SE bios 1010, Twinmos Twister PC3500 (my booster doesn't work properly unfortunatelly :( and that's why I have this small PSB  )
so far... this is what I can get with boxed (CT479) cooler and 1.5V in bios (some Prime later)
and 27.92s in SPi with 210MHz FSB (x13 multi)
excellent chip
o.k here is mine

cannot get above 191 fsb at all stock adaptor and mobo (asus p4p800se)
91% overclock

Nah his CPU won't likely go more, it's a B1, 191 is already good.Quote:

hmm there's no way that you set 1.4v in bios and it's reading 1.536v in cpu-z.. :rolleyes:Quote:

:bs:
1.4v bios = 1.502 multimeter on mobo
last screen of my dothan :
klick me
i should get my cedar mill within the next 1-2 weeks.

Maximum pirme-stable clock was 2,95g@1.63V...
But superpi clocks were not as good as i expected.
only up to 3g@1.68V for 1m -.-"
