lol, about the time 480 sp's were decided upon ( a month ago?) charlie had reverted to saying the top part would be 512 sp's.

I don't know about that. But I do know that at launch, the GTX 480 will have 480SP.

Obviously a 512SP part will follow, but when I don't know. It'll probably be named something else than 480.

I'll take gf100 at 512 and at 750mhz like it was originally planned

then you'll probably see the performance claims they stated from the beginning

I wonder how many chips they have that actually work like that though, obviously only a couple but i wonder exactly how many
